Parking is inadequate. Parking is very difficult.

I requested on Traveloka for: nice view, clean and quite room, but when I entered the carpet and bedcover there were dark brown spill stains, and the room's position near the elevator was quite noisy. The front view of the window was directly the window of another room in the next building. The food menu was lacking, I could only eat soto and chicken porridge. The fruit was only melon and watermelon (not worthy for 4 stars), eggs could not be requested, only ready-made omelets were available. Pao and hard bread, limited drinks. Friendly staff, good attitude.

Next time I go to Semarang, I will stay here again 🥰

Booking for 800,000 Rupiah is definitely not worth it for what you get. It's completely different from the photos! (+) - The lobby is clean, tidy, and smells great. - Spacious bed, soft pillows. - The location is close to everything. (-) - The parking lot is very narrow (the walls are damaged, indicating many scratches). There are no signs indicating which way to enter the hotel elevator and the apartment elevator (because they are different). The parking lot is also poorly maintained. - The hotel building is poorly maintained. - The room lighting is dim. - The room ambiance is old and the furniture is old, not like the photos. - The walls and furniture are stained and look neglected. 😩 It's so dirty! The sink is full of stains. - The bathroom has only soap and shampoo in the proper amount. - The TV isn't an Android TV and has limited channels. - Dirty carpet. - The air feels stuffy. - The Wi-Fi is sometimes slow. I'll never come here again. Please don't recommend it.

1. In the afternoon, after checking in and resting, a fire extinguisher suddenly rang repeatedly. I tried calling downstairs, but the phone was broken. When I checked out, I complained, but the response, although apologetic, was that it was normal and routine. 2. At night, when I was going to sleep, the noise next door was quite audible. Although it was just conversation, it sounded unsavory. It seemed the walls weren't thick enough.

The location is close to everything, the room cleaning service is fast, and the staff is friendly. The smoking area is clean and odor-free.

This was my first time staying at the Hotel Louise Kienne. It's very comfortable, artistic, clean, and has friendly staff. It's also very reasonably priced. The location is strategic, close to culinary spots and souvenir shops. God willing, I'll stay at this hotel next time I visit Semarang. Recommended👍

I booked two nights at this location. The staff at the front office were friendly and helpful. This review is for the room that is pretty clean but feels old and it's not soundproof! I woke up to a noise of screaming child, conversation and a lot of snorting (eewww) from the room next door. When I informed the front desk, the staff admitted that their rooms aren't soundproofed yet! Shocking! I asked for a room change and was moved to a different floor. In both rooms I found that the body soap and shampoo bottles were almost empty and the remaining were diluted with a lot of water that it felt no soap left. I'm very disappointed that at their price point, this is the experice they offer.

This hotel is actually nice, spacious rooms and strategic location, but unfortunately for a 4-star hotel there are still many things lacking: the check-in process & extra bed are unclear, amenities are out of stock so you have to use your own, poor FO coordination to the point where coffee left in the chiller is lost, and requests for early breakfast at 5:00 AM cannot be fulfilled. Things like this should not happen in a 4-star hotel. Hopefully the service and coordination can be better in the future.

When you exit the elevator, it smells damp, and when you enter the room, it also smells damp. The room is not soundproof. You can hear your neighbors clearly. The parking lot is scary, the entrance is narrow.

Upon check-in, the service was very friendly. Recommended.

The parking area is very small and difficult for medium-sized cars. The room smells bad, but the bed is a king size, even though my child is already big, it's still comfortable. There's also a sofa. The location is in the middle of the city, and it's close. There's no lobby guard, so I was a bit confused because it was my first time. Oh yeah, there should be more TV shows with good films.
