The room was nice and comfortable, but the annoying part was having to use a pass to get up and down. However, I was only given one pass card, and as a breastfeeding mother, I had to carry my expressed breast milk everywhere. Going back and forth between the rooms was quite a hassle because there was only one pass card.

The hotel is quite close to the city center.

For a 4-star hotel, the soundproofing is terrible. People chatted in the next room until dawn, their voices clearly audible, making it impossible to sleep. The sound of running water, the TV on, was all very clear. The sound of people in the hallway, the sound of people opening and closing doors was even more so. Early in the morning, someone cleaned the windows without warning, disrupting our rest and comfort. It was a shock because at 8 a.m., the windows were already being knocked on. The second day, we were still resting, and the room was knocked on again to be cleaned, and it was still 8:30 a.m. It was really annoying. The hotel lobby is poorly accessible. You have to climb stairs and there is no security guard. I arrived at 2 a.m. and had to carry my own suitcase and two other bags to the lobby. There was security but they were not helpful. There is no parking. We were told to enter the building but it took a long way around. We were offered valet parking, but there was no attendant, and it turned out we had to pay, and it wasn't included in the facilities. If parking is difficult to access, there should be an attendant on duty.

The rooms are very spacious, perfect for families. The hotel is close to the mall, making it easy to get around on foot.

The only thing that's lacking is the Wi-Fi.

I booked using Traveloka because I didn't know there were hotels with the same name but in different locations. I only realized it after I arrived (because I was looking for the most affordable one within my office budget). I love the location, it's in the middle of the city, near the famous spring rolls, there's a mall that's within walking distance for urgent purchases, and there's a goat restaurant right next to the hotel! The bed is comfortable, the pillows are comfortable, and the windows offer a view! Love it!

The mattress is huge and incredibly soft. It's absolutely fantastic.

Thank you. A great stay. An infinity pool is available. The breakfast menu is delicious but the choices are limited. The room was clean, but the bathroom smelled a bit. Parking is very tight for those driving.

Hotel Louis Kienne Pemuda provided excellent service during our stay in Semarang. Our arrival was a pleasant experience, thanks to the attentiveness and friendliness of the hotel staff, especially Ms. Farah at the front desk. Our stay was even more memorable with a free room upgrade. Our room was spacious, clean, and offered beautiful city views. The excellent service and adequate facilities made our stay truly satisfying. We would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Plus points: Very spacious room, excellent breakfast area with a view, standard but more than adequate food, squeeze-type soap and shampoo, very wide bed (super king size), comfortable pillows. Minus points: Poorly maintained bathroom (broken shower head, clogged sink), wet/dry area divider wall doesn't work properly because it's too small (the dry area gets wet too), elevator rides take a while because there are over 20 floors and only two elevators, rooms aren't soundproof (normal volume sounds from the next room are very audible). Overall, my personal score for this hotel is 7 out of 10. Please improve the room maintenance.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. The facilities are complete. Parking is a bit cramped, and it requires a bit of skill, hehe.
