Always love the pool. Location wise superb and have convenience store and KFC beside. Easy access for family. Parking lot is challenging, but has enough slot to park. Need experience driver to park your car 😅

The hotel is close to the city center, there is a playground near the hotel, but it is a little less clean.

The location is quite strategic, the rooms are quite spacious and pleasant. Breakfast is not very varied.

4 stars is the maximum; I prefer to rate it between 3 and 4 (closer to 3). The main drawbacks are the poor Wi-Fi, limited elevator options, and the rooms, which felt relatively cramped.

The hotel's location is good, but getting in is a bit tricky because you have to climb stairs. Staff is also minimal. I called to ask for a trolley, but it didn't come, so I ended up bringing it myself. The front desk staff were also unhelpful, busy scrolling through their phones. The room was clean enough, and the bed was large.

Even though the room wasn't very spacious and wasn't soundproof, the kids were really excited. It's kid-friendly. There was also snow in the playground near the hotel lobby. It was quite memorable. Thank you, Louis Kienne.

The staff is friendly, and the facilities are quite complete, especially for entertaining the little ones. It's a shame, though, that the climb to the parking lot is narrow and scary. There's also no signage indicating access to the pool/playground. Overall, the hotel is AWESOME, and the pool is also really cool. I hope I get the chance to stay there again.

The location is very strategic, the room is spacious and has a sofa bed, so there is no need for an extra bed for a family trip with children, unfortunately the breakfast is not very varied and the taste is just ordinary.

We once stayed at Louise Kienne Simpang Lima, where the service, cleanliness, breakfast menu, and parking were all good. Currently, we are staying at Louise Kienne Pemuda Semarang, but the service is not as good as Louise Kienne Simpang Lima. LK Pemuda only has one key card, which made it a hassle during our family staycation, having to keep asking the staff for access to the elevator because there is only one key card in the room. The breakfast menu was very basic and tasted awful. Some items were out of stock, and the refill process took quite a long time. The cleanliness of the dining tables was also poor, and dirty plates were not immediately removed. I urge management to improve the reputation of Louise Kienne.

Breakfast wasn't varied, and the food was cold, and the food wasn't refilled promptly. It tasted awful. Upon returning home, they were asked for a 300,000 Rupiah bill. It's so bad, just one visit is enough.

We love all the things about this hotel, especially the accessibility and the strategic location. The receptionist area are pretty and smell wonderfully. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, quite clean, the AC was cold, the bathroom was spacious and clean. Our concerns are only the wall was not soundproof. We can hear the family next door speaking (yes, even only speaking), we even also can hear their handphone ringing. I wish the hotel can do something about this. We got the almost broken TV (blue-ish LCD) that hurts our view. But among all these, we love staying here, we love hanging out at the pool rooftop since they have an almost 360 degrees view of Semarang city. The variety of food selections are ok, I just wish they improve the taste. Overall, we had a good time staying here for two nights.
