The receptionist was unhelpful, gave inaccurate explanations, and made check-in difficult. I even asked which floor the gym was on, but the answer was unclear. There was also a miscommunication when I tried to renew my room. Hopefully, this can be improved.

It would be nice if we could get an electricity card in our room. I've asked for one, but they can't. They only give me one card. So the air conditioning in the room has to be turned on and off just to get food or items from the elevator.
