This was my first time staying at the Hotel Louise Kienne. It's very comfortable, artistic, clean, and has friendly staff. It's also very reasonably priced. Twin bed size is large, not single. Firm, with thick and soft plush. Japanese nuance room decoration, pastel colors. Bright but shady lighting because there is no direct light, comfortable on the eyes. Super clean, well maintained, everything works well. Hot shower is always ready. Big TV, quite complete selection.

Stay overnight to rest in the middle of a long journey. Japanese-style room decoration, minimalist, pastel colors. There is no direct light from the lamp. Shady, bright but not dazzling, comfortable on the eyes. Firm bed, with soft plush, makes for a good night's sleep. Two pillow choices, soft for sleeping and thick hard for leaning on while watching TV or reading. both are large sizes typical of star hotels. Breakfast on the 5th floor has many separate areas so it is more private. I like the Chinese food menu the most, besides western and local Nusantara. Infinity pool, spacious. Currently renovating the dining area next to it. Children's playground in the open air but protected from sunlight because it is flanked by tall buildings on 3 sides. Well-maintained facilities, super clean 👍👍👍 Staff service is very friendly, efficient, informative, making it easy for guests to enjoy the existing facilities.

The staff was so-so. Check-in time was 2 PM, so we waited in the lobby because we hadn't been given a room yet. When 12 PM arrived, new guests were already getting their rooms one by one. So I took the initiative to ask the staff and was given the access card. If I hadn't taken the initiative to ask, I probably would have waited in the lobby until 2 PM. Honestly, the room wasn't as nice as the photos. As soon as I entered, it smelled damp and looked worn in several places, like the dirty walls, and the sheets also had stains. The bathroom smelled a bit like urine. The bed was okay, but it was still comfortable. The walls aren't soundproof, so I could hear someone singing from next door in the bathroom. Breakfast was a bit lacking, the menu lacked variety and the taste could be improved. I arrived around 8:30 AM, and many of the buffet menu items were already empty, and it took a while to refill them.

The room was clean, the AC was cold, but the room was cramped and the bathroom floor was slippery. The sink was clogged and the water couldn't be drained, so I complained and got it fixed. Parking access is very narrow when driving an SUV. The room is not soundproof. The next room is nice "to the point where you can hear it 😭😭😭 for the TV it's a smart TV that can support YouTube. Get the 16th floor at the corner for a decent view.

Easy access. Close to the station and the airport. Plenty of culinary options. Near Paragon Mall. Next to a minimarket and gas station. There's also a restaurant on site. The rooms aren't soundproof. Breakfast variety is a bit limited. The staff is very friendly.

Parking is difficult and there are minimal instructions, the room smells musty & very damp, the cleanliness is also very lacking, the bed is damp and one body of me, my child & my wife also itched like there were lots of lice/mites until we had to spray the entire room with disinfectant, only to get a little better, the sofa in the room is also very dirty and the sofa in the playground is all moldy, the bathroom is very small

It was a very pleasant stay. The receptionist and staff were very friendly, check-in was hassle-free, and the room was aesthetically pleasing. However, the downsides were that the room wasn't soundproof, so you could hear people talking from the other side of the room, and the toilet didn't have a bidet. Overall, it was okay. I'd stay here again.
