I've been a regular at Els Hotel for the past few years. The condotel is quite satisfactory, allowing for large families. Unfortunately, much of the furniture in the rooms is worn out, and the floors are also quite dirty and likely to be replaced. The balcony door and window locks, according to the receptionist, are permanently locked. It's a shame, perhaps a clothesline could be added to the bathroom for drying children's swimwear. I have no complaints about the food. The location is also good, but when I was about to leave, flooding hit Kelapa Gading and the surrounding area. The hotel is safe and under control, but access to and from the hotel is a bit difficult. Overall, the kids are happy and want to come back. Thank you Els Hotel!

Dear El Hotel Management, I will review this objectively and based on my experience, which can be said to have quite a few shortcomings and disappointments. Disclaimer: I hope this review is read and used as an evaluation. This was our family trip. I booked two rooms with special notes: connecting and adjoining rooms. Upon check-in, we were informed that connecting rooms were unavailable (okay, that was a request from the beginning). The receptionist said the rooms were "adjoining." We accepted this, but upon finding out the rooms were not adjacent and were very far apart. We called the operator from our room and were told to wait. We waited for an hour with no answer. We went down to reception, but there was no solution because the hotel was undergoing extensive maintenance. We were told to understand. Second, the swimming pool facilities were very poor. The shower and locker room were broken. I asked the pool staff, and they replied, "Just leave the faucet on because it's broken. There's an outdoor shower." According to management, is it polite for adult women to bathe in an open area? Please reconsider this. Third, the room I was given didn't match the type I booked. My family and I were placed on the 7th floor, which was undergoing maintenance and had no other guests. The cleanliness was poor, the hotel ambiance was dated, and (sorry) I was disturbed by supernatural beings. Finally, the lights in public areas, like the prayer room on the 3rd floor, weren't turned on at all and it was completely dark. The receptionist said there was a prayer room on the 3rd floor, but we were confused when the elevator opened and it was dark and deserted. We turned on our phone's flashlight to find the prayer room. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable, and the facilities were poorly maintained. I was very disappointed.
