I stayed for one night. The bathroom floor and bathtub were extremely slippery. I had an accident, slipping and falling. I will never stay at this hotel again, ever. This hotel is highly not recommended. There is no dedicated shower. There is only a bathtub.

The hotel room sea view can see Singapore from the room. Location easy to find.

The hotel looks like an old building from the outside, but upon entering, it's actually quite large, with plenty of rooms. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I requested a sea view and got both a sea view and a city view, allowing me to enjoy the fireworks on Chinese New Year's Eve. It was absolutely amazing. You could check in straight away in the morning, as it's just a short walk to the port building. If I ever visit Johor again, I'll definitely stay here again.

That was a good experience to stay in there.

This is my 2nd stay for my transit to Batam Island. Warm welcome, spacious room & yummy food. Will always come here if I need to enter Batam.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, plenty of parking, but the bathtub & water cover on the bathroom floor is clogged. The staff is very helpful. The room view is towards the sea but nothing interesting (only a view of the factory in the other country). Next to a quiet mall. Coincidentally, the accommodation was during a birthday celebration but there was nothing interesting here

I booked this property for 2 nights. Upon check-in, the receptionist did not mention that the booking was recorded as 1 night only. While I was out for work, I received a call asking about my check-out time. I explained that my booking was for 2 nights, but was told the property had only received a 1-night booking. I had to go back and forth calling Traveloka and the hotel while at work, and eventually had to return to the hotel to resolve the issue. It was later settled with an apology, saying it was probably overlooked. The situation was inconvenient and could have been avoided with better handling at check-in.

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel location is easy to reach, with walking distance from Stulang Laut port very close. The rooms are clean. It is very comfortable to stay at this hotel, not far from the hotel there are many places to eat. Next time if I go to Johor Baru I will stay here again

I got a room with a sea view and could see Singapore from the hotel.

The receptionist is friendly, the room is clean, I have stayed here several times, the location is not far from KPJ Specialist Hospital and very close to Situlang Laut Port, so I am comfortable bringing my parents when seeking treatment in Johor.

2nd time staying at this place... Next time I want to go again
