The receptionist staff (the only one man at that time) was not helpful. I checked in at 2 pm for 2 nights stay and unfortunately our rooms [were] not available yet until 4.30pm. I’ll be okay if they informed [me] clearly and not let me keep asking after several times. I wish I will [have] had a late check out after this uncomfortable lateness.

A very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The service was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very complete, although some of the equipment seemed old, but still very functional. The breakfast was varied and quite tasty. The location is right in front of the Hotel Indonesia roundabout, literally the center of Jakarta. The motorcycle parking procedures were a bit annoying, but the security guard explained everything well and was polite. Excellent hotel. Unfortunately, perhaps the only negative is the TV, which isn't a smart TV.

First time staying here, OMG I really like it because I only had lunch, while waiting for the key we can access the restaurant where we can relax for a while while having free tea time, it's really nice.. The staff are friendly and very helpful, when we enter the room everything is really detailed😍, especially the breakfast ommoooo all the food stalls are complete and delicious, the dessert uhh I really like it, the room charge rate is a bit pricey but it's worth it especially the view of Bundaran HI at night hee.. Love it so much🥰

5 stars hotel but the wifi network capability is relatively slow

Staying at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel is the best choice. I booked a deluxe room and was upgraded to a room with a view of the Hotel Indonesia roundabout.
