Arrived at 3 PM but only checked in at 3:50 AM. The room didn't meet my request (I was given a smoking room for non-smoking). When I first entered, it smelled of cigarettes, there were cigarette butts in the corner of the door, the TV remote didn't work, the hair dryer didn't work, and the toilet was hard to flush. I wanted to complain but was too tired. But when I checked out, someone was able to check in at 11 AM.

The electricity in the room went off by itself at 3 am

The hotel is strategic, the breakfast food is very special because it is always hot/warm, but the soundproofing of the room is very poor because the sound of motorbikes/cars speeding on the road reaches into the room.

Overall, everything was great, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended for those looking to stay in the city center, close to everything.

The hotel staff was quite friendly, and the food was quite varied. The room door handle was broken.

The staff are not very friendly, the service is not excellent, the parking lot is small and noisy because my room happened to be in front of the elevator so it was sometimes noisy because it was not soundproof.
