The hotel staff was very helpful & Alhamdulillah 🤲🏻 upgraded to a room on the 9th floor without additional costs. Very very worth it with the price of 200k including BF for 2 pax + the hotel is very strategic, walking distance from/to Gubeng Station.

Highly recommended for a relaxing break after a busy day in Surabaya, whether you're a local or international tourist. It's affordable and in a great location, close to the train station, malls, and offers beautiful city views from the 4th floor. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
