This was my first time staying at the Sahid Hotel. The front desk staff was friendly. The location is strategic, especially for those who only have a short commute to Gubeng Station. The room was clean, and the bathroom was also spotless. The AC was cool, and the hot water worked well. The air conditioning was also cool.

We stayed at the Sahid and had a room with a city view. Overall, the room was very comfortable, although the TV channel selection was limited and our sink was clogged, but it was okay. The food was quite tasty and varied. It's just a short walk from Gubeng Station. The front entrance also helps prevent the passing of food trucks.

The staff was very helpful, which is good for hospitality. However, the room does need some major improvements. It was so dusty that I sneezed while waiting for the cleaning staff. So far, so good, no major issues. The broken power outlets and the burnt-out table lamp weren't a big deal.

The staff was very friendly. The receptionist was always on hand and accommodating to guests' needs. Room service was prompt. My room was quite spacious, and all the facilities were functioning well. The only downside was the lack of variety in the breakfast menu. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Sahid Surabaya.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, the bathroom is comfortable, the atmosphere is calm, you can see the view of Surabaya city, very close to the station, the breakfast is varied, the AC, TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, hot water all work well. Even though the hotel is old, but everything is still the best. Will be the hotel of choice if you come to Surabaya again 🫶🏻✨
