I was very pleased with the clean room, easy access to everything, cool AC, tea and coffee in the minibar, electric kettle, refrigerator, clean toilet, always cleaned room, fresh towels every day. The hotel room's interior was dusty, and the toilet smelled. Much of the food was gone even though it was only 7 p.m. It took a long time to make eggs, and the table was cleaned up after a long time, as was the price. The windows were dusty, and the curtains were dusty. If you need a comfortable rest, I wouldn't recommend it, but if you're just in transit, it's fine.

The AC isn't cooling. I've chatted with the admin via WhatsApp, only to ask for the room number, but there's been no response. The hot water isn't working. There's blood on the mattress, it's so dirty ☹️

As usual, I come here when I'm in Surabaya. Depending on the date and time, if it's busy, the smoking floor can smell of cigarettes. It's not a problem for smokers, as the smoking area is on a separate floor from the non-smoking area.
