The room was a suite, the towels and spring bed needed to be replaced, the AC wasn't cold enough, the breakfast was mediocre, not many choices, the mango and apple juice wasn't cold, so it felt strange, I asked for ice cubes and they said they hadn't arrived, which was strange for a hotel like this not to have cold drinks. The bathtub was okay and everything else was okay.

The exterior of this hotel looks quite good. The lobby is quite classic. What was disappointing was the room. I stayed in a deluxe twin room. Upon entering, I noticed a musty odor, likely from the carpet. The room's decorations also seemed dated, giving the impression of being poorly maintained.

Request for a Smoking Room, after staying 30 min felt the AC was not cold enough, maybe because we just entered because when we first entered the room it was off, we went out to look for food and returned to the hotel at 10 pm, at 11.30 pm the AC did not change - Contact FO to ask engineering to check our room because the temperature on the screen was 30 did not change, after checking for 10 min the problem was outside, here I saw the FO and engineering staff were alert to move to another room even though there was only a NON smoking Room available, Thank you for the Fast Response, only one breakfast variation was the egg station, there were no mushrooms, cheese or standard min, there were condiments, this was just a plain egg - it's a shame. the rest was overall Good !!
