The pool is the highlight of this hotel! I stayed for 4D3N, and I really enjoyed my time. The staffs are really friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel ambience is great, you can choose either city or pool view. My recommendation will be pool view. The only thing that kinda disturbs me is the quality of soundproof. You can hear voices from the hall and room next door. But in overall, I really enjoy my stay there. Definitely will come back!

Everything was good, except for the long check-in time, about an hour, probably due to the long Eid holiday. Perhaps this could be addressed by adding one or two mobile staff members to approach the queue (similar to the proactive approach at toll gates). Thanks. Best of luck!

Interesting place for vacation with children

The hotel staff is very friendly in directing the places and activities for kids.

The staff are all really nice, the food is delicious, the swimming pool is really long and fun.

The bedroom carpet is dirty and stained. My child, who is in the crawling stage, has itchy skin when playing on the carpet. The plastic trash bag is very small; it should be larger to accommodate waste, such as diapers.

We requested a non-smoking room, but it turned out the room could also be used as a smoking room. So, even with the ozone treatment, the room still smelled of cigarettes.
