The front counter staff are very friendly, helpful, and efficient. It took just a few minutes to check in to the hotel. The location of the hotel is fascinating. There are a few shopping malls within the vicinity of the hotel, namely The Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens Mall. It is very convenient for those who love to shop, and there is a variety of local food to choose from. Also, GSC cinema is at walking distance as well.

The price was good for the standard of the hotel. This was my 2nd stay at the hotel and it's the best value for money!

Made reservation, requested a double bed on a high floor. Yet, upon arrival, double beds were unavailable on high floors. We were assigned a low-floor room directly in front of the lift. The sound from the lift area permeated into the room. The hotel needs to consider refurbishment for better soundproofing. In the shower area, the shampoo and conditioner holder were badly positioned; its edges were too sharp, and I cut my hand. Overall, I might consider staying again if they can provide better services and fulfill requests.

Check-in was at 4, even though the standard was 3, but oh well, we could leave our luggage and go shopping. The receptionist didn't answer the phone. Overall, that was it.

I love to stay here because it's within the Mid Valley shopping mall. Easy accessible. But too bad, no gym facilities. Overall, the staffs are friendly and helpful.

It's the best place and a great hotel, although I noticed the bed sheet cleanliness can be improved. Also, the towels might need to get renewed.
