Maybe the hotel is quite old, the hairdryer in the room is broken, meaning it can't be used.

The building and room have recently been renovated and bring a better ambiance and look. I enjoyed the stay here, better than before.

Looks old with classic interior. Clean and tidy with widely room. Booked for family room and add extra bed still have some more space to pray. Spacious parking area. Bathroom peripheral needs to be renewed, especially the shower tap.

The door to my 6th-floor room wouldn't lock, but it was repaired, but it remained the same. So, I left breakfast unlocked. I'll think twice about staying here again. Ordered food at the Novotel, but it turned out to be from an Ibis hotel. When I entered, the seal on my water bottle was open.

Compared to Novotels in other cities, this one wasn't particularly comfortable. The shower was loud, the sink lid wouldn't open, and the handle was stiff. It wasn't as clean as most Novotels, and there were dried toothpaste splatters on the wall near the sink. The shower glass might have had mold on it, making it blurry, and the room felt poorly maintained. There was only one slipper and one toothbrush. It seemed like little attention was paid to the small details. However, the staff was friendly and responsive.

The hotel location is very strategic, near many restaurants. On Sunday, it is great to experience the car-free day road next to the hotel.

The hotel is strategically located, close to tourist attractions such as the palace, museums, dance dramas, Pasar Gede, and numerous restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities are good, with swimming pools for both children and adults.
