A high-star hotel in Berastagi. Most guests come for the volcano nearby. Everything is good, but they can do better for preparing breakfast boxes, due to many guests starting for hiking at 4 AM. So, better with food that doesn't need to be kept hot.

Upon entering, the bathroom lights were out (two units). After a complaint, they were replaced with new ones, but they left dirty stains from the technician's shoes in the shower stall. When the electric kettle was used to make hot water, it turned out to be filled with used paper and food scraps. After a strong complaint, the unit was replaced with a clean one.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. Access to several locations was easy. Security was friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily.

The ceramic tiles at the bottom of the swimming pool are damaged, injuring your feet.

The water faucet was broken, and the exhaust fan was very dirty. Breakfast was not allowed, even though I had asked the staff before check-in and they said it was allowed, but the restaurant staff refused, and hot water was limited.

The hotel atmosphere is nice and neat, the hotel is old but well maintained.

Kids' favorite hotel for a staycation.

The staff was very responsive and friendly, and immediately responded to our needs. The only thing we could do is add more activities for children, as the backyard is quite spacious, which I believe could be a selling point for the hotel.

The price is quite expensive but it is worth it for everything, breakfast, cleanliness, and friendliness.

The hotel staff was friendly and polite. The garden was spacious and perfect for physical activity. However, the disappointing part was the very small hot water flow, making it less than ideal for bathing.
