Breakfast variety can be much better for a 4-star hotel compared with Vouk (impressive variety of pastries, naan, baos, yogurt, salad, eggs, condiments for porridge, and very tasty) & Berjaya (wide variety), especially the vegetarian friendly, though Sunway wins slightly in location and cleanliness. The first night, room 0905 was very clean, but the air-con didn't work, so staff assisted in changing to a new room (1005) which is not as clean. The aircon wind blows straight to the bed closer to the windows, so it may not be comfortable when sleeping (too windy on the body). The staff are very helpful and courteous though, and the location is perfect - food stalls nearby & Gama/Komtar is only some 500m away.

Everything was flawless from check-in to check-out. Great location and friendly staff. Mr. Naga was always around to welcome guests and very attentive and helpful. Also, Chris at the Front Office was great. Rooms were super clean. Will definitely come back to Sunway Georgetown Hotel soon. My preferred choice. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

THE HOTEL IS VERY GOOD BUT UNFORTUNATELY MY DAD FALLED IN THE BATHROOM AND COULDN'T WALK WITH ONE BODY.... PLEASE NOTE IF YOU SEE SOMEONE BRINGING A WHEEL CHAIR, PLEASE PREPARE ANTI-SLIP IN THE BATHROOM. LUCKY MY DAD DIDN'T PASS AWAY.
