The staff is friendly, clean, there are also many places to eat around the hotel so you don't need to go out for dinner, you can find a place to eat right out of the hotel.

The bed and pillow could be more comfortable. Other 3-star hotels have better beds and pillows than Sunway. Surprised, hope you can improve on this.

The staff were very friendly and greeting. When I arrived, the staff service was helpful in bringing my bag. Staff were very humble and smiled. The bedroom and bathroom were the best cleaning.

We booked a king bed (single) but upon check-in we got twin beds, even though the price was different, without any notification! After I complained, the hotel gave the excuse that there were no more rooms with single beds. Then why was the room still available when I booked it????? After I complained, the hotel apologized and promised that a staff member would combine the twin beds in our room. We then combined them ourselves as in the photo. Until we left, no one ever came. I've been to Penang many times and only this star hotel is so unprofessional.

This hotel will always be our favorite when we're visiting Penang. The location is superb with so many options for local food. The room is bigger than other hotels and clean. We will definitely come back.
