located at the centre of town, medan. nice view with busy way you can see the old post office front of hotel. in the morning you can do exercise or jogging in lapangan medan merdeka. the kids can swimming at good pool with salt.chief security very profesional and kindly.

During my stay here, it felt comfortable and safe. The staff were friendly and the typical Malay Deli nuance is very attached to this hotel. If you want to learn Malay history and culture briefly, it is very suitable to stay at this hotel

The sheets were very dusty, the refrigerator was dead/not cold, asked for a double bed but was given a twin bed, the hotel room windows were not cleaned regularly and it was very uncomfortable to see the city view, the curtains were never washed/vacuumed because they were very dusty, the elevator was very old-fashioned, please Grand Inna, don't be so stingy in fixing your hotel, your hotel only wins in the middle of the city and has a saltwater pool and a decent breakfast, the rest is not so good, the hotel also seems really scary because it looks like it wasn't taken care of earlier, for a royal class with a price of around 600 thousand, it's a big loss, there are still many hotels out there that are much better and even the TV channels already use Netflix, hopefully they will fix it soon or at least set the price according to your hotel standards which are like a 2-star hotel for cleanliness and suitability

A renew of an old hotel. The location is very strategic in city center near Medan Central Station.

The room is quite spacious, but the lighting is not good enough, especially bad for women doing makeup in front of the room's mirror. The staff is helpful the most. One elevator is not functioning well during my stay, hopefully they fixed it.

The bathroom needs renovation. There is a lot of black moss under the toilet.

complain because the AC is not cold, then the staff responded, it turned out it could not be fixed and was given a replacement room with a functioning AC and the same room size plus a reward of freshly cut fruits directly by the hotel manager accompanied by 2 staff with a direct apology from them. very good service in my opinion. thumbs up for the manager and staff of the grand inna hotel

4 days 3 nights staycation, very comfortable, quiet... spacious & comfortable room.. breakfast tastes good.. and the menu changes every day.. check in / check out is fast.. good service.. just need to improve the cleanliness and maintenance of the building & rooms.. the rest is ok..
