The room facilities are very complete.

I stayed from April 4-6, 2025, from the service to the facilities in general it was very satisfying, but there were shortcomings, namely the delay in handling the repair of the TV network. The TV network is quite slow, sometimes there is no broadcast. If I may suggest to avoid similar things from happening, maybe smart TV media can be prepared for users. Hopefully in the future it can be even better.

Clean room, many variations of food. Staff are very friendly. Check in time waiting 1 hour, because the room is not ready.

Overall everything is okay, except the swimming pool. It doesn't match the expectations seen in the advertisement photos. I thought it was really big but it turned out the swimming pool area is small and narrow. A bit disappointed but the food and service facilities are all really good.

Food and cleanliness are one of the best in Balikpapan. But if you want to go to the mall it's quite far, but very close to the airport.

Breakfast was awesome, as always. And the bed? So comfy!
