The room is super cozy, nice, and calm. Each room has its own iron, even with the board. The restaurant is clean with a good layout and ambiance. The food is tasty with many variants. A snack bar with many choices of snacks is a plus point that I have never encountered before.
Overall, this is one of the good and satisfying hotels in Balikpapan.

Very good experience staying in this hotel for the first time. The ambiance, cleanliness in the room, and hotel surrounding was good. Hotel staff were also very helpful and friendly. For sure [I] will stay again for the next trip. 🙏👍

I highly recommend staying here. It's very close to the airport, and it's not too far to the city center. There's a shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel's facilities are also very kid-friendly, and the kids were very happy to stay here. There's a kids' corner and a kids' pool. All the staff were very helpful and very quick. It was an amazing experience staying here, and I'll definitely be back if I come back to Balikpapan. Thank you, Four Points Hotel.

Check in time is very fast, amazing service from the staff, clean room except the dirty curtain, perfect bathroom. I ordered ramen from the restaurant and the taste was horrible. But breakfast was quite good with many variety food and snack for kids.

Very pleasant.. The sheets are fragrant, fresh, and clean, the facilities are good, the environment is quiet, the food is delicious, salads, omelettes have many variations, the soto banjar is also delicious, there are fresh fruit juices that can be requested, spacious parking, access in the city center, only the size of the bathroom is too small between the entrance and the toilet is too narrow but it's ok.. 👍
