Initially we only stayed one night, but because the hotel was so comfortable, we extended our stay for another night and asked for an upgrade to a bigger room. The lowest room was already very big for hotel standards, we moved because we wanted a room facing the pool & it turned out the room was even bigger, and the most amazing thing was the breakfast had so many choices and yesterday because it was the weekend there was an activity making pizza for the kids.. Thank you Four Points.. Next time I will definitely stay there again.

I highly recommend staying here. It's very close to the airport, and it's not too far to the city center. There's a shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel's facilities are also very kid-friendly, and the kids were very happy to stay here. There's a kids' corner and a kids' pool. All the staff were very helpful and very quick. It was an amazing experience staying here, and I'll definitely be back if I come back to Balikpapan. Thank you, Four Points Hotel.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the breakfast has a wide variety of local to western menus and all taste delicious, nothing is wrong. The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed. The room size is quite spacious, there is an iron and hairdryer. The bathroom does not have a hand shower, only a rain shower, so it is difficult for women who want to take a bath. The hot water works well. The AC works well, even very cold, this hotel room uses central AC. The Wi-Fi is very fast, I connected the Wi-Fi to several devices and it was still very fast. The TV is not a smart TV so there are no facilities for Netflix, YouTube, etc., but the TV channels are quite diverse.

+: The room is very comfortable, clean, spacious, cold AC, lots of TV channels, clean bathroom, complete amenities including an iron and ironing board in the cupboard, delicious breakfast, lots of choices, spacious place, enough stock. I haven't tried the swimming pool yet but there are 2 places on the 5th and 2nd floors. -: The location is a bit in from the main road and the road is narrow and potholed. Will visit again if I stay at BPP.
