I loved the location of this hotel! Super close to underground and overall beautiful area! Lots of shopping in the area! Definitely would stay here again.

Convenient for Sloane Square and the restaurant served us well, before heading off to the theatre. For an overnight stay it was good value for money, and an attractive building to stay in. Would stay again.

Room, location, staff, restaurant/bar was great. Also they did not have the issue you have with other hotels in winter where they fix the room temperature and cannot increase it. All in all, next time we're in London, will definitely stay here.

Location close to Kings Rd. Beautifully appointed room. Lovely housekeeping staff. World beating Danish pastry for breakfast.

Service was disappointing. Staff were fine, rooms were fine, but there was no sense of welcome or occasion. No information about facilities when we checked in and unfortunately the gentleman who helped us when we first arrived to drop our bags off had really poor personal hygiene and the whole first impression on arrival was of this dreadful smell of body odour. Not what we expected. Would try Sloane Square Hotel next time.

Room very small, and couldn’t see out of the window without standing on the bed. Only one lift in operation during refurbishment works - these have been taking place for over a year ….. Lots of staff congregating outside a side entrance to the hotel, smoking and blocking the pavement while engaging in “animated” conversation.

Staff were wonderful, room was very clean and the amenities were great. Location is fantastic!

The room was advertised as "comfy" and was t5he cheapest available at the time of booking. I was expecting therefore a small and cramped room but in fact it was a lovely room with plenty of space and a nice en-suite.
