We were situated in Oceana A and the room was very spacious. The view of the gardens, waterpark, and beach was also amazing!

Amazing stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The rooms had mold or signs of old mold. The rug was damped. The balcony had a lot of sand.

Loved how easy everything was! Definitely will be back again this summer with my family!

We are locals and wanted to enjoy a weekend at the hotel. The rooms were great. I did not like the beds as they felt like sleeping on a floor or hard wood. That aside there were some issues with the room, I figured they would address it like the next day, but instead they came to the room and fixed the issue. Thus hotel is really family friendly. We enjoyed the park immensely! Clean water, lot's of life guards and just overall very relaxing. We ate dinner at the buffet place. Good food, good atmosphere and price not to bad on the wallet. Room AC was COLD! I loved it. My kids enjoyed thier room and the free wifi. Totally recommend unless you're about the bed comfort. Small price to pay to enjoy everything else.

The water park is great.

Nice enough place for families. Since most amenities are only available from 9-5, it has much less appeal for a business traveler like me. I would have liked to do a short snorkeling or kayak run in the late afternoon but this was not possible.

Cons: We didn't like the FAR walking because our key cards couldn't work at the side gate (we had to walk from Oceana B through a labyrinth including through various floors, to get to the lobby, then outside back towards Oceana B to get to the parking garage--my feet still ache 3 days later). There are no luggage trolleys nor anyone to help with luggage (at least, I didn't see any for the duration of our stay). The "double" beds are super tiny, making sleep and comfort very difficult (a double room can fit 2-3 people, not more). Our necks ached everyday from the uncomfortable, cheap pillows. Pros: Waterpark was great and almost worth all of the above cons. Centrally located, including near Kmart and various eateries. Free parking was nice (although I'd gladly pay for valet to avoid all that walking!). Staff are attentive when you need something (our shower adjuster was broken and they sent maintenance and had it fixed within 2 hours).

I was shocked by the state of this hotel. The room cleanliness was lacking (stained towels, dirty bath mats), and service was non-existent—requests for basic items like tissues were ignored. The outdoor facilities are in even worse shape. The kayak area looked abandoned; there was no staff, unusable boats were cluttering the water away from the platform, and the canal water was filthy and rotting. The entire property feels old and poorly managed.

The TV never worked, the phone quit working, they didnt clean our room for 2 days, but there was plenty of fun swimming and water activities and the shows were great.

The water park and beach sports are why we stay at the PIC. My kids really loved it. We knew going in that it wasn’t going to be a luxury hotel with five star service, however I was still amazed at the level of difference between PIC and a luxury hotel. Perhaps it’s cultural difference, but in every other country that has a bellperson, that role brings luggages to your room. At the PIC, they were surprised that I expected them to. Also, there’s no longer anyone manning the lagoon for kayaks. Guests have to retrieve their own kayaks so rude guests can just jump the queue if they happen to be standing where guests done kayaking decide to leave their kayak. There is, however, enough staff to man the guardhouse to ensure guests are wearing their bracelets even if they are completely not dressed for water activity as my MIL just wanted to watch her grandchildren play for a bit. And speaking of bracelets, they want you to wear it your whole stay, which we’ve done in the Caribbean, however, those resorts provide real bracelets, not paper ones that are supposed to be disposable, which is what we received from PIC. There’s so much I didn’t like about this hotel, but I’ll be honest, nothing was such a deal breaker that I wouldn’t stay there again just cause my kids loved their pool and kayaking on the beach so much.

Nice view and welcome feel from PIC staff but it was a journey to get to our room which was at Oceania B tower.

Beds are not comfortable
