Love the grotto swimming😍

The resort was nice & quiet!

I had a nice stay during their off season. Most staff friendly and pleasant. I enjoyed the spa, just wish they had a heating pad on the table because it was a bit damp and chilly. The gym was small but nice. The beach was beautiful and relaxing. The cave was also wonderful. Everything was very expensive though 😰 Duane is a great bartender! Food was average.

I have stayed at Grotto Bay 3 times and it just get better and better. The addition to the dining and rooftop areas turned out beautiful. The property is gorgeous and so well maintained. The restaurant breakfast is amazing and we ate lunch and dinner there as well. All very good food. I will be returning next year. Can’t wait to get back to paradise!

Lovely long weekend! This property is beautiful, and the staff were always accommodating to our needs. The bus stop made it easy to get around the island (although be prepared for narrow and windy roads). We enjoyed the spa, hot tub, pool, and kayaking at the resort. We can't wait to go again.

Everything was amazing! The breathtaking scenery, the warm and wonderful people, the food, the beaches, the history! We will be back, and the Grotto features highly in that plan! Thank you to the amazing staff and team at the Grotto.

Nice, quiet stay near the airport. Not walkable. Very short taxi ride. Beautiful property with many stairs. Clean rooms, comfy beds, good water pressure. Bus system is easy to navigate. Food is good. All-inclusive option is well-worth it if you use all its perks. Limited entertainment during the off-season.

Even though want to write a bad report to keep people away I can’t. Place was amazing. Views were spectacular. Staff made you feel like family. Definitely going back

The service at this hotel is top-notch. The staff make every effort to help help the guests enjoy their stay. Beautiful property, quiet beach, welcoming pool, fabulous food.

Peaceful and a very friendly staff.

I love Grotto Bay beach resort. I've stayed there in the past and I will return at some point in the future. There was an issue that occurred which is why I gave four stars instead of five. We stayed here the weekend of 2/21/25- 2/24/25. It was a little bit colder than usual so we switched from A/C to heat. Not only did the heat not work but the fire alarm went off and we smelled smoke. We left immediately and went to the lobby. The situation could have been handled better as we were left freezing at night the rest of the trip but overall the staff are nice and the hotel is great.

My stay was great wished the weather was a bit warmer than 57 but we didn’t know as it was our first time and wished this was a non smoking resort. The view is absolutely stunning. The food was good the hotel staff and servers are so respectful. We waited even after checkout in the lobby to buy time for our evening flight. Thank you for a very nice stay and the warmth of the island.

This is my third time staying at grotto Bay and I absolutely love it. It is beautiful very close to the airport and transportation around the island is very easily accessible. I will definitely be back.

Renovated common areas, safe and friendly, good bus transportation to and from airport, St George’s and Hamilton. Good local restaurants close to hotel. Great caves, good breakfast buffet, friendly and attentive staff in restaurants and concierge. Rooms are tired, beds are soft, pillows not too comfortable (but I’m picky on pillows!) and snorkelling isn’t great around the hotel.

Weather was not great but the facility and staff made our vacation memorable

Property is beautiful, 5 minutes from the airport, easy access to public transportation. I can’t wait to go back after renovations completed.
