Location is really great though. But the hotel was just OK. If you OK with room without any window then it should be OK. We didn’t expect the room without any window. Also we didn’t expect to pay additional Tax? It’s included in the deposit but there was additional Tax we have to pay at the hotel and non refundable. We paid through Travel Agency App (Traveloka) it should’ve included all the Tax. But we still need to pay more when check in. It was OK we still pay but better if there was more details in information prior to our arrival😊

The hotel is situated at the main road, so it is noisy from vehicles passing by.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, nice location, room very clean, but walls need to be redone.

The room was not cleaned regularly even though Please Make Room was hung. The deposit money was not given a receipt so the check out time was complicated.

The AC at night is very hot, until I sweat. There are many small flies in the bathroom that like to land in the bathroom, they can come out when I'm sleeping and land on my face, so I can't sleep soundly.

Great hotel near to 3 malls and kimberley street. Next to bus station that provide free tide around the city. Unique elevator too.

The best hotel in town, near with Paragon Mall, Chowrasta Street, and Giant shop. Nice staff and humble. 1000000/100.

I put the sign to clean the room but they don't bother. The bed sheet is kind of dirty too. The windows have lots of dust

The wall paint is torn off. Air conditioner water is dripping.

It's worth the price. No breakfast. Booked for 800+ per night. It looks like the bedsheets, pillowcases, and blankets haven't been washed. There's a lot of dust in the room. The air conditioner isn't cool. I set it to 17 degrees and I still sweat. 😢

Ordered a family room type room, it turned out that the room was very spacious. But unfortunately there is no window to look out. The room is clean and okay. There is a 100rm deposit when staying there. The location is also strategic plus right next to it there is a Thai food restaurant that tastes delicious. Don't forget to try it if you stay here

The receptionists are all nice, the bed sheet should be checked again when entering the room because it is itchy and uncomfortable for resting on the first day, apparently it has not been changed. The cleaning service staff is also limited. We asked for cleaning first before being cleaned. The point is, don't expect too much from this inn so you know what the solution is and don't need to get angry or give one star, because it is in accordance with the target function and affordable price.

Friendly staff, good WiFi. Deposit is big, 100 RM. Around the hotel, just walk a little and you will find Penang Road, delicious cendol ice and laksa. If you have breakfast in the morning, it's delicious next to the police station. Overall, the hotel is strategic and comfortable. Staying there for 2 nights was good.

I have booked 2 hotel rooms and called the hotel to reconfirm prior to my travel date. I was informed by the hotel staff that the booking is confirmed. On the day I wanted check in, I was informed that only one room is available and it was terrible as I have to argue to get another room. I was given an option to have extra bed in one room where total 5 of us have to share or cancellation and wait for apps to arrange another hotel room. It was almost 10.30pm. How is it possible for traveloka to arrange a hotel at that hour? Finally, I was given a room without AC working and 2 stand fans and the water at the toilet 's sink is stagnant. The manager has no neither empathy or apologetic for their mistake and tried to escape the situation with no sense arguments. I did not even get a partial refund for their irresponsible behaviour. 100 % not recommended for any travellers

I booked bunk beds but when I check-in, I get another room type, the receptionists said the hotel close the system already but don't know why the agency still sells it, and tell me to fixed my problem with agency only.
