The mattress is sandy and itchy, please keep it clean. The service is friendly and excellent.

A cozy place for a family staycation!

It was my first time here, and the roads were a bit tricky. I just arrived and thought I was just paying for the hotel, but it turns out there's an additional Rp 25,000 per person entrance fee. Maybe it's because the hotel is part of a tour. Not all attractions are free; some have a fee. I was surprised, but it's my fault for not reading the detailed terms and conditions, haha.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the hotel area was lacking in cleanliness. The floors leading to the rooms were dirty and hadn't been mopped. The restaurant service was slow, the food was lacking in flavor, and the fish served wasn't fresh. However, the views were good and the facilities were fine.

Recommended. Easily accessible. No need to worry about traffic jams or the odd-even traffic policy. Room rates aren't too expensive, so it's understandable that you have to pay for parking and entrance fees at the entrance. The facilities are complete and clean, and the hotel service is excellent. It's a suitable tourist destination. There are plenty of viewing platforms to enjoy, although not all are free for overnight guests. The food is also delicious, although it's still average.

Cons of staying here: 1. There's still an entrance fee of Rp 25,000 per person, and children under 7 are also charged the same fee. 2. Parking costs Rp 20,000 per car. 3. Nearly every attraction has an additional entrance fee. 4. Breakfast is voucher-based, and only valid for two people. Children are not allowed in the breakfast area, even if they haven't had breakfast. 5. The TV signal is poor.

All the staff are very friendly, maybe only the driver who took us was not friendly... hehe, his tone was a bit harsh, but it's okay, other than that we were satisfied, if we have time again we want to stay there again

A 4-star hotel feels like a budget hotel. The doormats are dirty and blackened. The towels are filthy, and the bed covers look like they haven't been changed. The rooms are dirty, and the corridors are littered with cigarette butts. The only comforts are the breakfast and the resort area.

Satisfied, I think I'll come here again next time.

I've stayed here several times since 2019, and I never get bored. It always makes me want to come back. 🤗 The breakfast menu is the most complete, and it's delicious. And yesterday, we were able to check in early, too. 🥰

This hotel has a fee for entry, parking, and per person. Even amenities are paid for, even though you're a hotel guest. Honestly, this is my first time experiencing a staycation like this. But the rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cool, and the food is just so-so. Thanks.

Comfortable rooms, lots of children's play areas, spacious location, the restaurant has delicious food, you won't regret staying here.

The cleanliness is absolutely terrible, with gecko droppings all over the floor, spiderwebs, and ants all over it. It's absolutely filthy, my goodness.

The place is comfortable and the facilities are complete. Everyone from children to the elderly are happy.
