Okay, all the services at this hotel are very friendly, neat, fragrant, clean, making you feel at home. The atmosphere is good. This is my second stay here. The first time was at Edelweiss, the second time was at Lotus. I definitely won't get bored because there are many aesthetic photo spots. Next time I come here again 🥰🥰🥰

I'm sharing my experience during my stay: the sink leaked, the bathroom was dirty, and then it was clogged to the point where the water was stagnant. There was no bellboy or anyone to help carry things up to the room, even though it was on the second floor. For a rate of almost a million, it was very inadequate.

1. To enter the hotel, you have to pay for parking and per person (even though you've already booked the hotel). 2. Paying 25,000 per person only gets you one free photo spot. 3. The toilets are smelly and not very clean (there's moss). 4. You have to pay another 10,000 to ride the shuttle. 5. You have to pay more to enter other attractions. 6. The waterpark pool is green. 7. The restaurant wasn't ready. Many of the food stalls were empty, and you had to wait an hour for the dishes to come out. Hopefully, there will be improvements.
