The place is comfortable, especially Violet and the staff are very helpful with Mr. Dede, the FO, thank you.

When it rains, ordering food is very difficult, and at dusk the water goes out and takes a long time to be repaired.

The room is quite clean, but there are a lot of ants, I don't know where they come from. The water often leaks, the shower faucet has a small water flow, and the bathtub takes a long time to fill because the water flow is small. You have to pay for the entrance fee even though you're staying overnight, and you have to pay for the rides, photos, and so on, even though the area is okay and complete, but it's expensive because you have to pay for everything. The food at the restaurant is standard, the taste is average but the price is quite expensive.

It was a wonderful stay at Chevilly. One day wasn't long enough, and we didn't get to explore everything. We'll come back next time.

The staff are friendly, especially Mr. Deni as the sales person, kind & humble.

The staff is very friendly, there are lots of rides and lots of places for great photos, the pool is also clean.

Let's get to the point!! In our opinion, this is very, very fatal, we as you know, feel like we have no privacy staying at this resort. Checkout time is 12.00. At 10.00, a cleaning staff knocked on the door only once and immediately opened the door without us having time to answer, telling us to check out, note it's still 10.00. Okay, no problem, we've been kicked out even though we still have 2 hours left. What's worse, please underline the knock on the door only once and immediately opened the door, my position had just finished taking a shower and was not fully dressed (I didn't wear clothes in the bathroom because I was worried about getting my clothes wet). If you say it's your own fault, why did you wear clothes instead of in the bathroom?? Now you've paid for the room, you're still within the check-in time limit, in that room you want to have sex, want to bend over, want to do somersaults as long as everything is tightly closed, it should be safe, right? Have you ever thought about staying at a hotel or resort or whatever, and suddenly a hotel staff opens the door that easily without being invited and can just come in, well that's what happened at this resort. In my entire life staying in hotels from expensive ones to ones that are much cheaper than this place, this has never happened even once. Even though they have thousands of ways to announce guests are ready to check out, for example: 1. From the receptionist, you can call the room's phone line 2. The cleaning staff can knock on the door first until they get an answer from inside 3. TV, AC, lights can be turned off automatically from the center as a sign that it is close to checkout time 4. Notification from the receptionist via HT if the guest has checked out Instead of just barging into someone's room!! BTW, I wonder what he can use to open the room door? Using a spare access card, have you ever thought that if we are outside the room, there are valuables inside and the staff can easily enter the room🤣🤣 Please, the resort will take firm action against staff like this, because it can damage the image of your resort too.

I swear, of all the places I've stayed in Bogor, this is the best.

The place is spacious, there are lots of facilities, the employees are friendly, there are lots of people guarding each facility (so you can ask when you're confused).

It's great, there are lots of games, and there are lots of swimming pools too. The prices are affordable.

There are many photo spots, it can be used as a jogging track with an interesting view, the main thing is that it is not boring, there are many choices of breakfast menu, the location is easy to find and there is no need to get stuck in traffic.

The atmosphere is pleasant, but the food tastes a bit lacking. I ordered beef soto, but the meat still had a strong smell. Next time, I suggest having someone taste the dish before serving it to guests. The staff is friendly.

Overall everything is ok and very enjoyable.

My first impromptu stay, I tried to choose a camping-themed room, but it didn't live up to my expectations. I immediately asked for an upgrade to Lumbung Danau, and was granted one. The process was quick and the staff were friendly. If I may, I'd like to suggest a room upgrade for the camp. 🥲 Oh, and the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices.

It's a shame, it's my first time staying here. It's so uncomfortable. The room environment is dirty, the towels smell, the trash can in the toilet is very dirty, there's used toilet paper, there are lots of ants in the room, and the sheets are also dirty. Oh no, it's so bad. I just arrived and wanted to check out again. Luckily, my husband said he had a good experience. It's a shame the place isn't very well-maintained, it's really obvious.

Everything is charged when the room rental includes towels, toiletries, and hotel slippers. Even if you're in transit, it should be available for that price. Please help.

choose a camp type room, there are weaver ants and even centipedes.. because I happened to get a corner camp and it turned out there was a hole in front of the door that wasn't closed.. I asked for toilet tissue and camphor, it took a while to be delivered, and what was delivered was only toilet tissue and regular tissue, but how come when the 22 tissues ran out.. the phone was also a bit dusty, maybe I'll check it more in the future

The staff is friendly, but some of the restaurant staff are not very good at providing service. I reported it to the nearest security guard, who told me to report it to customer service.
