The tree is really top... next time I go to Bogor, I will definitely stay here again.

A 4-star hotel feels like a budget hotel. The doormats are dirty and blackened. The towels are filthy, and the bed covers look like they haven't been changed. The rooms are dirty, and the corridors are littered with cigarette butts. The only comforts are the breakfast and the resort area.

Satisfied, I think I'll come here again next time.

I've stayed here several times since 2019, and I never get bored. It always makes me want to come back. 🤗 The breakfast menu is the most complete, and it's delicious. And yesterday, we were able to check in early, too. 🥰

This hotel has a fee for entry, parking, and per person. Even amenities are paid for, even though you're a hotel guest. Honestly, this is my first time experiencing a staycation like this. But the rooms are clean, the air conditioning is cool, and the food is just so-so. Thanks.

Everything is paid for. You have to pay to enter the hotel gate, and even pay for parking. Most amenities are paid, which other hotels offer for free at this rate. Even though most of the amenities are paid, many are poorly maintained. Honestly, it's not enough.

It was a pleasure to rent an electric motorbike with my wife and kids to explore the facilities. We were able to take photos in the aesthetically pleasing setting, and other amenities like table tennis and billiards were available. My advice is to continue improving the quality and regular maintenance.

All the staff were very friendly. There were plenty of play options for the kids. The water park area needs some maintenance to prevent it from being so slippery, especially under the tower, which looks neglected. Everything else was fine. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel atmosphere was comfortable. You can also fish. We'll stop by again next time.

Highly recommended for family vacations. There are many interesting destinations and facilities within the resort area. Whether you're just visiting or staying overnight, the price is well worth the facilities.

It was so noisy at 2 a.m. The guard didn't reprimand me, how could people hang out on the terrace so early in the morning? As a result, my child slept late. Even that morning, food wasn't allowed to be delivered to the room; it had to be picked up at the restaurant, and the latest was 9:30. I asked for takeout and was only given one portion, and wasn't allowed to choose freely, even though I paid for two portions at the hotel. This hotel is terrible!

For breakfast, a 3-year-old child was told to eat alone, not allowed to be accompanied by a parent. The voucher was for four people, and he wasn't even allowed to bring a friend in. Ugh, little kids eat so little.
