overall very good! although some facilities are a bit aging, like the grouting in the bathroom and the towel doesn't smell that fresh anymore. have small stains on the duvet also. food used to be very good but now feels like the indo food selection is more limited

Everything was fine, but the room we were given was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but as soon as I entered, it reeked of cigarette smoke, even though the hotel said the 6th floor was a non-smoking area. The room I got smelled of cigarette smoke, which delayed my check-in by 2 hours because I had to change rooms, which I think was quite detrimental to me and my family.

Very good, very friendly staff from the gate to the room. All staff you meet will always smile and greet you 🫰. For the room at night there is a bit of a banging sound, I don't know whether it's from the second or the previous room.

Check in at night, there was no bell boy on standby.. I had to lift my luggage myself.. there was only 1 receptionist.. I didn't expect a 5-star hotel like this.. even when checking out, I asked the bell boy but he didn't come" and finally I had to lift it myself again.. I wanted to ask for the car key because my car was in a valley at night.. I had to turn around several times because officer 1 and the others were throwing things at each other... 5-star worker coordination... very bad... very disappointed

Check in was not according to the queue, several times I was skipped even though the receptionist knew who came first.

The hotel staff was quite friendly and fast. The food was delicious and had a wide variety. The room was very clean. The only downside was the toilet, which was very slippery. Perhaps a non-slip surface could be added to the shower area to make it less slippery. Otherwise, I was very happy to stay here for the first time.

Doubletree Hilton has a very convenient room, with adequate lighting that supports me to work as well as being relaxed afterwards. The air conditioner is also easily adjusted following our needs. It is a hotel that is suitable for both business trips as well as family holidays.

The rooms are spacious, making it easy to find a place to pray, but the bathrooms are a bit dated. The breakfast restaurant is spacious and comfortable, with a wide selection of food. It's located in the city center.

Not well maintained, better called a 3 star hotel than a 5 star. not worth the price
