Overall, staying here was a pleasant staycation.

One staycation here is not enough

Vacationing during the high season during Christmas is indeed different. My family and I are used to vacationing outside of long holidays. The first time we arrived, we were greeted with a long queue at check-in. It's understandable. The staff were able to respond quickly even though their faces looked quite tense and tired because they received several inquiries from customers asking about room readiness, incoming packages, suitcases that hadn't arrived at the room, etc. It turned out that for the room type I chose, I could check in and access the executive lounge 24 hours. However, because I brought a small child, they were not allowed to enter. Only adults at least 18 years old can stay. Most of the hotel facilities are on the 5th floor: playground, executive lounge, swimming pool, gym, sauna. On the 22nd floor there is a rooftop bar that closes at 1:00 AM. For breakfast, there is quite a variety of food with Asian tastes and various snacks, although as far as the eye can see there is no ice cream. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful, always offering help to get food. The hotel's location is very close to many places to eat and hang out for young people in Surabaya, making this hotel one of the choices that I highly recommend.

It's one of the family favorites to stay. Especially in Surabaya, with surrounding POI. Great place with great food

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There's a lot of rubbish in the area in front of the elevator, it smells and is dirty like a hostel. As far as I know, Double Tri Jakarta is not like this. It's really embarrassing that a star hotel this dirty smells of rubbish and the elevator takes so long.

The hotel staff is friendly. Check-in is hassle-free. However, during breakfast hours, the wait for the elevator can be up to 10 minutes.

Check in can only be done at 17.00

If you go to Surabaya, this is the preferred hotel to stay in.

overall very good! although some facilities are a bit aging, like the grouting in the bathroom and the towel doesn't smell that fresh anymore. have small stains on the duvet also. food used to be very good but now feels like the indo food selection is more limited

The staff is friendly, the hotel is very clean, and the atmosphere is peaceful. Highly recommended, and I will return to the Doubletree By Hilton hotel again 🥰🙏

Everything was fine, but the room we were given was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but as soon as I entered, it reeked of cigarette smoke, even though the hotel said the 6th floor was a non-smoking area. The room I got smelled of cigarette smoke, which delayed my check-in by 2 hours because I had to change rooms, which I think was quite detrimental to me and my family.

Very good, very friendly staff from the gate to the room. All staff you meet will always smile and greet you 🫰. For the room at night there is a bit of a banging sound, I don't know whether it's from the second or the previous room.
