Ok room and also the staff

They don’t recognize anything of the vip member

This lovely hotel boasts two amazing restaurants and a rooftop bar with excellent views. The staff is friendly, and the location is great. However, the only downside is the lift. It’s incredibly slow, and I once got suspended inside, which was quite unpleasant. Overall, it’s a great hotel.

Average but clean hotel, didn’t receive any VIP benefits. Hotel is not centrally located but nearby some tourist locations.

The hotel is clean and the staff are polite. Rooms are clean and a good size with quality linen. Went to the rooftop bar only to find a party had most of the bar area but thought it would be good to go on the Saturday but unfortunately it was closed to another private party which was a shame as we booked this hotel to use this bar owing to the good reviews so that ended up a waste of time.

Our room did not have the basic stuff such as towels and so on, we had to constantly ask for them.

When we arrived at the hotel, check-in time eventually was changed bit as per booking, there is no luggage storage, everything is stored in the .ain hall by the check in desk, no concierge, no laundry services, no room service, in general just room. Also there is no availability to contact hotel staff from room, servicing room none of us received replacement to toilet paper. Very basic. I would not recommend. Also i would like to expedia check their hotels of what is posted and what is reality.

I got a different room type from what i booked

The hotel itself looked good at arrival but this wasn’t the case once we checked in A/c stopped working several times Mini fridge wasn’t cold Amenity such as bath robes and slippers not provided the telephone didn’t work so couldn’t order any room service speaking to reception they said this would be rectified it wasn’t we raised this 2 times before a lovely lady come up to are room to inspect then apologised whilst promising to fix these issues Immediately provided bath robes and slippers and a technician cam long to fix a/c and fridge phone was never fixed thoe

Booked this hotel as it was listed as having VIP access. I asked for a late check out and the hotel made me pay for it even though it should have been included as I am an Expedia gold member.

first night no warm water. The mattress were very hard. wasn’t a pleasant stay at all

Hotel was nicely presented with breakfast being taken on the 12th floor.

Everything was very good. Very friendly staff. EILLIA at the restaurant is great person. One thing surprised me. NO COFFEE OR TEA IN THE ROOMS!!

New and in great shape this hotel is under rated! Roof top breakfast was spectacular
