The room wasn't soundproof at all, like sleeping in the middle of an open field. In the middle of the night, a guest sneezed, his voice sounding like a Molotov cocktail. Children ran around screaming, the adults shouting, telling stories, and laughing loudly. Some were talking loudly in the hallway, doors slamming. From the moment I entered, I was disappointed and angry with the receptionist at check-in. When I arrived, I was told to sit down and my room would be called while they cleaned it. I asked them to be patient and they were cleaning it. After waiting for over an hour, a late arrival got a room. When I asked the receptionist why, she said it was because they hadn't registered beforehand. What did she mean? My anger exploded there. No one helped me or showed me the way to the room. The elevator was out of service for maintenance until checkout. When I arrived, my room key wouldn't open, and some rooms still didn't have towels. When I went out, I wanted to park in the spot the security guard had told me to park in when I arrived, but the night shift security guard told me not to, saying I couldn't park there because it was VIP parking. My family and I have had a complete misery staying here. God willing, this won't be my second time staying here. I booked 4 rooms here, paying with cash, not with leaves. There was a lot of food left over because nothing we tried was delicious. The soto soup was cold. The porridge was reheated porridge, not freshly cooked. The fried rice was made from rice that burned during cooking and then made into fried rice. The yellow rice fish was like leftover fish that was fried dry and hard. The market snacks had no taste. The papaya fruit was only red but tasteless. The bread tasted pathetic too.
