First time staycation at Yama Resort. Alhamdulillah the kids are very happy and want to come back here. This is recommended because there is a hot water swimming pool, playground, mini zoo special for birds (hopefully more species can be added), the landscape can be used for cycling. Oh yeah there is a sauna, but unfortunately when I stayed there it was broken.. if possible, fix it as soon as possible!!! The staff is very friendly, for the cleanliness of the room.. after checking in I asked for it to be cleaned up, and the service was immediately fast, thank you.. Will come back here again🙏

Really like the building & interior design, very aesthetic ✨. Arriving there was immediately greeted with friendly security & a smooth check-in process from the receptionist. Cozy room, good food, pool with hot water, everything was great. Staying here for just one day wasn't enough, so we'll definitely be back asap 🫶🏻.

Overall, the atmosphere is comfortable for a vacation with children. Pros: 1. There's a children's play area. 2. Children can play and feed animals like fish, pigeons, and turkeys. Cons: 1. The room wasn't clean; the sheets were wet and had stains, as if bedwetting had occurred. There were no towels in the room. I tried asking the receptionist, but they didn't deliver them until check-out. I asked the cleaning staff directly for towels, but they said they didn't have any. The bathroom soap was also empty; I asked the customer service and receptionist, but they didn't deliver it until check-out. 2. The pool was dirty, full of moss. 3. The play area was dusty and looked neglected. 4. The elevator was broken. Since we were staying on the second floor, it was a bit difficult to carry our things to our room because there was no staff to help us carry them up to our room.

The room wasn't soundproof at all, like sleeping in the middle of an open field. In the middle of the night, a guest sneezed, his voice sounding like a Molotov cocktail. Children ran around screaming, the adults shouting, telling stories, and laughing loudly. Some were talking loudly in the hallway, doors slamming. From the moment I entered, I was disappointed and angry with the receptionist at check-in. When I arrived, I was told to sit down and my room would be called while they cleaned it. I asked them to be patient and they were cleaning it. After waiting for over an hour, a late arrival got a room. When I asked the receptionist why, she said it was because they hadn't registered beforehand. What did she mean? My anger exploded there. No one helped me or showed me the way to the room. The elevator was out of service for maintenance until checkout. When I arrived, my room key wouldn't open, and some rooms still didn't have towels. When I went out, I wanted to park in the spot the security guard had told me to park in when I arrived, but the night shift security guard told me not to, saying I couldn't park there because it was VIP parking. My family and I have had a complete misery staying here. God willing, this won't be my second time staying here. I booked 4 rooms here, paying with cash, not with leaves. There was a lot of food left over because nothing we tried was delicious. The soto soup was cold. The porridge was reheated porridge, not freshly cooked. The fried rice was made from rice that burned during cooking and then made into fried rice. The yellow rice fish was like leftover fish that was fried dry and hard. The market snacks had no taste. The papaya fruit was only red but tasteless. The bread tasted pathetic too.

From the moment we arrived, there were no tissues, soap, shampoo, towels, or mats. I'd asked repeatedly for towels, even after rinsing off the pool and showering, and they still hadn't been provided. I'd arrived at 3:00, and there was no confirmation until 7:00. The pool was always dirty and mossy.

Overall, it's good. Just a suggestion: It would be better for guests attending events, weddings, and so on to have a few rooms spaced apart. I was staying in a room right next to the room of the guests attending the wedding, so it was uncomfortable because they were so noisy that they disturbed my rest until 2:00 a.m.

Don’t know why the app didn’t let me post the pictures to support my review. The overall experience was not good at all, from the property's cleanliness to the rooms. The lobby floor was very dirty and black. The rooms were messy. The bed sheets were dirty. A lot of stains. In one of the rooms we booked, the bedsheet had oil stains, as if a previous guest had used it for a massage. The water in the toilet tank was yellowish. The sink faucet was very loose. It had been a while, no one noticed, or housekeeping did not care to report it. The shower glass is full of watermarks. The bedroom ceramic floor was dirty and blackish. One of the rooms had geckos’ droppings. We had to request new bed sheets. Unfortunately, the new ones had an odor as well. It was a very difficult night staying in this resort. The only positive thing is the staff they had. Very polite and apologetic.

Breakfast is ready at 6:30 a.m. The menu offers a wide selection of food. Traditional cakes and snacks are also available. The swimming pool has warm water. It's great to soak in the morning, as the air can be quite chilly.

My favorite hotel every time I visit Tondano. Lots of fun activities. It would be even better if there were water dispensers on every floor.

Hotel facilities should be added so that guests who stay there have activities while staying at the hotel.

Everything is good, but the toilet needs improvement because it is a little damaged.
