Booked this trip for my 50th bday and I explicitly mentioned it so. Other resorts would have done something extra for me but no…nothing. Even had to beg for a bag that’s supposed to come with our room.

Clean room, beautiful pools, staff are extremely cordial, respectful and helpful. Big shout out to our concierge Eddy Exale "Pretty Boy" ; he was super helpful, made sure we were aware of the daily activities, our needs and checked on us every single day to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed.

Nossa estada foi incrível, nos deram um upgrade por ter reservado no hotéis.com com o status the level, com isso tivemos acesso a restaurantes e áreas de piscina e praia exclusivas. Limpeza do quarto era muito boa, e das áreas comuns também. Área de piscinas muito bonitas e agradáveis, assim como todo o hotel! Parque aquático para todas as idades, o que faz uma grande diferença para quem viaja com 2 crianças com nós. Funcionários sempre muito cordiais e solicitos. Area kids muito bem equipada e limpa, e se pode deixar as crianças sem a presença de um adulto, sem taxa extra. Comida de boa qualidade nos buffes e café da manhã. Restaurantes especiais posso dizer que eram muito bons, mas nada de espetacular. Quanto aos shows/entretenimento, não posso comentar pois não conseguimos ir a nenhum, as crianças dormiam muito cedo. A avaliação geral é espetacular, voltaria com certeza, um ótimo custo benefício.

The resort is beautiful, and we had fun in the pools and waterpark but my family and I do not like that they do not have variety of food in their buffet, we eat better at our house.

I didn't like much the drinks , too sugary and I'd wish I could try more variety of desserts . But what I liked most was the unforgettable experience at Riviera restaurant that they offered for my family to celebrate my son's birthday on 9/23/2025, this exceeded all expectations from start to finish . The staff were not just professional , they were warm and attentive. As for the meals , they were an absolute highlight . Each dish was not just a meal , but a carefully crafted experience , flavorful fresh and beautifully presented , every bite was a delight . Thanks Miss Martha, the cheff, waiter etc for this incredible experience . Definitely Meliá highly recommended . Muchísimas gracias por todo el servicio brindado , siempre recordaremos esa maravillosa experiencia , sin palabras . Nos vemos pronto Dios mediante .

Staff were very friendly. Resort is beautiful and transportation around the resort comes in a timely manner. Spa is relaxing and worth every penny!

The property is beautiful, it’s surrounded by beautiful tree. There were peacocks all around, our daughter loved them.

I like the fact about the level. Is that you have your personal concierge. People are friendly. But not all. The female bartender are nasty and they always look mad. If u don’t want to be there give the job to someone else. Some goes with some of the staff in the restaurants.

Safe, calm place for adults and children! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will be coming back soon!

Muy buena atención del personal, pero pésimo abastecimiento y poca variedad El personal del hotel fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, la atención fue lo mejor de la experiencia. Sin embargo, la parte negativa pesó demasiado: muchos restaurantes estaban cerrados y en los buffets casi no había variedad de comida. La explicación que nos dieron fue que estaban en temporada baja, pero en ningún momento Expedia informó que esto iba a afectar los servicios incluidos. Pagamos por una experiencia completa y no fue así. La relación calidad-precio no se justifica si varios restaurantes y opciones de comida no están disponibles. Ojalá fueran más transparentes en la descripción para que uno pueda decidir con toda la información antes de reservar. Great staff service, but very poor food options and availability The hotel staff was excellent — very kind and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. Many restaurants were closed and the buffet had very little variety. The explanation given was that it’s “low season,” but at no point did Expedia mention that this would affect the services offered. We paid for a full experience and did not receive it. The value for money is not justified when several dining options are unavailable. Transparency is key, and guests should be informed beforehand so they can make an informed decision before booking.

En el hotel tenian funcionando un restaurante por noche .. la escusa es que es temporada baja .. pero nos cobraron a precio normal sin descuento nunca vimos carne de res ni un camaron ni pescado mu mala experiencia
