Clean hotel, good parking, fairly spacious rooms. Food is average. Additional charge for small children is 60,000 Rupiah/day.

The room wasn't soundproof, and sounds from outside and the next room were clearly audible. Service was less than thorough when assigning rooms, and additional information about meal prices was provided for children.

In short, I recommend staying here. The location is super strategic, there are lots of food in front of the hotel and the rooms are comfortable.

The AC leaked, the phone was dead, the wifi was faulty, the towels were dirty, the bathroom facilities were inadequate for a 4-star hotel, but it seems like it's worth a 2-star hotel. The environment was noisy.

The staff was friendly, but the AC wasn't cold. I'd changed rooms, but they still weren't cold. The room wasn't soundproof, and the karaoke music from the pub could be heard all the way to my room.

For that price, it's totally worth it. The indoor pool also has a heated pool. The sauna and steam room are free.
