When we got in to the Hotel, the lady in the front told us that they never got an confirmation of ORBITZ which seems really weird because I guess everything is automated. So she gave us an option to stay in two triple rooms the night we arrived but we were getting relocated to another hotel nearby. So we went through the process of checking out the next day and checkin in to the other hotel. Hotel was two blocks distance from San Juan so it wasn´t that hard, but the hotel itself (Hotel Inca Real) was one of the worst hotels I´ve stayed, the floor cracks every time you step, theres a bell in the main entrance so you can hear every ring from your room, soundproofing is non existent at all and the buffet breakfast is extremely limited and I believe that there is a big price gap between the two hotels.
I trully didnt like what happened and I´m not sure if it was a problem of ORBITZ or San Juan Hotel staff, but it was a non pleasant experience which I don´t want to repeat in my life.
