Always vacation at this hotel

Check in at 4:00 AM, comfortable bed. As for the food, it was just so-so.

Strategic location, in the city near the mall, friendly staff, car cleaning assistance, good.

The bedroom window faces the outdoor wall of the AC unit, and the window is very small, making the room feel even smaller.

The food was very delicious and the staff were very friendly.

I was a bit disappointed, having to wait 1.5 hours to check in even though I had made a reservation a long time ago.

Overall, it was good. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I happened to visit on November 1-2, 2025, and it was raining. The next morning, my car was washed and wiped clean by the hotel staff (free of charge). I originally booked twin beds, but upon check-in, I exchanged them for a king-size bed and was well-served. I added an extra bed for 250,000 Rupiah, which included a breakfast coupon. All amenities were complete (for three people) and clean. I liked this hotel because the bathroom had strong water, was clean, and the pillows were soft and comfortable. Things that were lacking and need improvement: - Noise >> Because I was placed in room 706, close to the elevator, people walking around and voices could be heard very clearly from the room. - Breakfast >> I didn't like it; there were quite a lot of choices, but the taste was lacking. I ate at 8:30 a.m. and many of the rooms were already empty and hadn't been refilled. Second, I tried the snails, and they were a bit smelly (fishy and putrid, making me want to vomit); the fried fish wasn't very fresh either (it was mushy and had a foul odor, making it inedible). Hopefully, the food at the restaurant will be better.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The breakfast menu could be improved. I stayed there for six days and only had a different fried rice. But overall, the service was excellent. Thank you.
