previously the stay was okay but now the room is a bit different, the cleanliness is a bit lacking even though it used to be very good,,, the room is a bit lacking so guests talking or running outside can be heard very clearly

It wasn't good from the start. I arrived at the hotel at 4 pm and couldn't check in yet. The staff said the computer was being restarted and I had to wait for over half an hour. When I got to my room, I was again annoyed because there were no towels or mats. The last thing that really made me angry was when I was about to take a shower and someone came into my room. The access card that person had was able to open the door.

Overall, it was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, when I booked, I requested a king bed and a high floor, but upon check-in, they told me there were no requests. The toilet bidet didn't work properly. The AC only cooled down after 3 hours. In the middle of the night, there was a loud noise like they were renovating the room.

Strategic location close to the city center, station. The staff are friendly but unfortunately there is no mat in the room so when you go out of the bathroom the floor is wet, asked for a mat up to 3 times but it was not delivered, the food tastes good except the soto tastes bland and the spiced drink tastes strange

Overall, it's nice. The staff are quite nice and helpful, making your stay comfortable. However, there's only one elevator and it takes a while to get there. So, if there are a lot of guests, using the elevator can take a while.

The rooms are clean, the service is friendly, but in the morning it is a bit noisy with music and noise from the front of the hotel.

The room was good with clean sheets, but not smelly. The room lock was not double. The bathroom was clean. The TV worked. The AC was very cold.

Overall, it is quite recommended, close to the Grand Mosque of Banten.

The wifi is really unusable, it's a bit noisy in the morning because there's an agency in front.

The chili sauce is stale, you should pay more attention to it.

The room unit I got had no hot water for bathing, no wifi access either. Here, you have to deposit 50 thousand when checking in. The location is quite strategic near the city, only because it is close to the military area, so if there are morning activities, vehicles to the hotel lobby are a bit limited but can still pass
