Very good. The location is close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk. The service is good; the receptionists and support staff are very enthusiastic and quick to assist. The room is spacious, especially the bed is very comfortable and the sheets and blankets are very good. Room cleanliness: 8/10. Before arriving, I read some reviews and was a bit hesitant, but the experience was very good.

The room was rickety, with peeling wallpaper. The room phone couldn't reach the reception. The Wi-Fi was unusable. The towels and bedsheets were dirty.

I initially booked the hotel for one day (July 31st), but later arranged to stay for another day (August 1st). When checking in, I asked the receptionist if I could stay in the same room without needing to change rooms the next day. The receptionist said they would try to change rooms as soon as possible the next day because my room would be fully booked on August 1st. However, the next morning when I went back to the reception to request a change of room (at 9:30 AM), I encountered a different receptionist who told me I had to check out, take all my luggage down to the lobby, and wait from 12 PM to 3 PM to check into my new room. She conveyed this in a way that made me feel like I was at fault and that she was sternly lecturing me. And indeed, I didn't get my room until 2:30 PM. It's terrible for the hotel to have such a receptionist!

The location and rooms are good, but the elevator wait is a bit long. I went on a weekend and there was a group of guests, so I had to wait for the elevator twice. The breakfast buffet was good, and the rooms were okay and spacious.

I've stayed at The Cap a few times, each time in a two-bedroom apartment. Each apartment has a different size and layout depending on the angle. Overall, it was a good experience, and my family will return.

The Housekeeping department had problems: the rooms were dirty. I switched to another room, but it wasn't any better: Room 1: smelled damp, large stains on the carpet, lots of hair on the floor, a dirty towel with hair in the sink, torn doormat. Room 2: still lots of hair on the floor and bed, the toilet had a dropped shampoo bottle cap from the previous guest. Both rooms: the blankets were quite wrinkled and not smoothed out.

It's definitely worth a visit, I'll come back.

Receptionists open the doors for us at every entrance and exit. They assist with luggage loading and unloading from taxis, are friendly, and inquire about our well-being when we haven't come down for breakfast...

First, upon getting out of the car, I was dissatisfied with the security guard for not assisting with my family's luggage and being very impatient. However, the receptionist was very enthusiastic. Next, upon entering the room, all the windows were very dirty and foggy, making it impossible to see outside. My room door was loose, making a rattling sound when closing or locking it, which was very annoying, although the technicians were very helpful (though they couldn't fix it immediately). Finally, the breakfast buffet was extremely poor; I didn't think a 4-star hotel could disappoint me like that. The food was meager. I will never return.

I had a 3-night, 2-day stay here in a double room. The room was clean, and the elevator was quick to use. The staff were generally friendly and cheerful, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes. I will definitely come back sometime.

The hotel was fantastic, from the facilities to the service attitude of ALL the staff, from the receptionists to the security guards and cleaners. Although the official check-in time was 3 PM, I was assisted with an early check-in. I stayed in a Premier 2BR room with a super spacious living room perfect for my baby to play in. I will definitely visit again.

This was my first time booking this hotel. Initially, I read many negative comments on Google Maps, which made me hesitant and want to choose a different hotel. However, upon arrival, the staff member named Phat and the receptionists were very helpful. The breakfast was also delicious and varied. In short, my 3 days and 2 nights at the hotel were fantastic!
