The Housekeeping department had problems: the rooms were dirty. I switched to another room, but it wasn't any better: Room 1: smelled damp, large stains on the carpet, lots of hair on the floor, a dirty towel with hair in the sink, torn doormat. Room 2: still lots of hair on the floor and bed, the toilet had a dropped shampoo bottle cap from the previous guest. Both rooms: the blankets were quite wrinkled and not smoothed out.

I switched to another room, but it wasn't any better: Room 1: smelled damp, large stains on the carpet, lots of hair on the floor, a dirty towel with hair in the sink, torn doormat.
