Everything is satisfied. The staff is happy, enthusiastic, and provides maximum customer support. The room is clean, cool, and thoughtful. It's the first time I've seen a hotel prepare makeup remover cotton for guests, so I feel quite satisfied Buffer Breakfast is also diverse, water uses fresh fruit juice, an extra 1 * for this, some places only use canned food or mixed powder, which I don't like very much. I will come back again.

I went on the occasion of April 30th, so I checked in a little later than the check-in time, but the receptionist compensated me with more time to check out the next day. The staff's attitude was quite good. The breakfast was delicious. The location was near the beach. I stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment, which was very spacious and comfortable, suitable for families or groups of friends with small children.

Nice hotel, near the beach, large campus, ok staff, good price, but the room is not well soundproofed, noisy in the morning, can't sleep, hope the hotel fixes it. Breakfast has a variety of dishes, staff should proactively find a place for guests. I went on the weekend and looked around to find a place but the staff did not proactively assist.

The Housekeeping department had problems: the rooms were dirty. I switched to another room, but it wasn't any better: Room 1: smelled damp, large stains on the carpet, lots of hair on the floor, a dirty towel with hair in the sink, torn doormat. Room 2: still lots of hair on the floor and bed, the toilet had a dropped shampoo bottle cap from the previous guest. Both rooms: the blankets were quite wrinkled and not smoothed out.

First, upon getting out of the car, I was dissatisfied with the security guard for not assisting with my family's luggage and being very impatient. However, the receptionist was very enthusiastic. Next, upon entering the room, all the windows were very dirty and foggy, making it impossible to see outside. My room door was loose, making a rattling sound when closing or locking it, which was very annoying, although the technicians were very helpful (though they couldn't fix it immediately). Finally, the breakfast buffet was extremely poor; I didn't think a 4-star hotel could disappoint me like that. The food was meager. I will never return.

The hotel was fantastic, from the facilities to the service attitude of ALL the staff, from the receptionists to the security guards and cleaners. Although the official check-in time was 3 PM, I was assisted with an early check-in. I stayed in a Premier 2BR room with a super spacious living room perfect for my baby to play in. The food is extremely delicious, from boiled sweet potatoes, boiled corn to savory dishes and cakes. I hope the kitchen staff can maintain the quality and performance. The 71m2 room in block B is average, the elevator is not smooth, loud. The decoration is a bit plain, lacking signs or direction signals from block A - B.

The room has a smelly carpet, the receptionist's attitude during check-in was not good. They make it difficult for guests to stay, never come back.

Average breakfast buffet, cramped space, food preparation is not very careful, staff standing to cook fried eggs, pho do not wear hats, aprons, gloves. 4-star standard is unstable. Area B is empty, the air conditioner broke down twice while sleeping, the air conditioner in the surrounding rooms also broke down continuously. The swimming pool area is dark at 6pm, the light broke down and was only turned on at 6:30 so I don't know if it's broken or not. The staff is friendly and lovable. In short, the hotel is old, there are no activities, the food is not delicious.
