Helpful staff, hotel langganan, keep up the good work

The hotel is great, close to downtown Jember. Next time I go to Jember, I'll definitely stay here.

The hotel is nice. Everything is clean. The air conditioning is cold, and the lobby smells nice.

This is not our first time staying here, but this visit was very disappointing. The room was poorly maintained and clearly not cleaned properly. The bed linen looked dull, there was dust around the room, and the hallway smelled moldy. The bathroom was unacceptable—yellow stains on the walls, hair left from a previous guest, and mold that made the floor extremely slippery and dangerous when wet. The bathroom cabinet was also very dirty, causing water to splash everywhere. Housekeeping and room inspection seriously need improvement before allowing guests to check in.

Maintenance is lacking, even though this hotel was very nice a few years ago. Breakfast is not very varied for a 4-star hotel, and cutlery is incomplete. For example, forks for fruit, cakes, and puddings are used with large forks. The sauce for the omelette is far away; if it's just the sauce, it should be served separately. Please be aware that a hotel with complete facilities and a strategic location lacks service.

The staff at the restaurant are not very responsive, the room view is dark, the TV is not a smart TV

Please, if you are having breakfast and it hasn't finished yet, if you want to clean up, please ask permission because you haven't left the restaurant yet, you just took another meal and it's already been cleared away and occupied by someone else, it's just impolite.

Please clean the bed sheets, etc. from stains.

It's located in the city center. Get a large room with a bathtub. The room is spacious. The breakfast is generally varied.

Overall, it's highly recommended, but the only thing I regret is that when I had breakfast at 8:30, most of the food was already gone. Was it because they didn't refill it or what? I don't really understand, because I often stay here and never had breakfast. It was my first time trying it and it was really disappointing, because it was still early in the morning, all the food was gone, so I was forced to eat what was there😞.
