Friendly and responsive service when needed. The hotel is older but still a good choice for families. The facilities are quite complete. The staff is friendly. The place is quite clean, although the hot water took a while to arrive upon check-in. Parking is limited, so you have to park on the side of the road. The location is strategic.

It seems like the Java Lotus Hotel can't be called a 4-star hotel. When I first arrived, I checked in late and it felt normal. However, once I entered the corridor, the carpet was dirty and unscented. As soon as I entered the room, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, yellow, and slippery. The walls were moldy. Oh well. The Wi-Fi was bad, the TV was bad. It's far from being worthy of being called a 4-star hotel. I asked for an additional 100,000 IDR breakfast, and once I ate it, I could only say it was a good thing my son didn't want to have breakfast. Spending 100,000 IDR on a limited menu and mediocre taste didn't seem worth it. The staff were also mostly chatty. I don't know what else to say. Cleanliness really needs to be improved.

For 650,000 Rupiah, it's way too expensive. It's just a place to sleep, the floor is dusty, and the mattress underneath is incredibly dirty. The restaurant also offers very little food, with minimal variety.
