Overall it's really good, but for breakfast it seems like they need a little attention during busy hours from 8 am onwards, some empty menus should be refilled immediately, don't leave them empty, empty tables should be cleaned up immediately, for the spaghetti variant, it's better to make it like spaghetti, like bolognese or western food, no need for stir-fry with chili like fried noodles, it's strange, it doesn't really connect, the yellow rice section and others were also really empty yesterday, so many people there were disappointed, there should be more employees to handle breakfast so they can refill or clean the empty tables and plates more quickly

The hotel staff is friendly and responsive.
The location is close to Jember's town square and in the heart of town, making it convenient for souvenir shopping.
The traditional food is delicious.
The bathroom area might need some improvement; the drains pool after showering. The doormat is shabby (as seen in the photo). There are no face towels, and the bathroom drawers need cleaning.

A hotel with a strategic location and easy access to everything.
Overall, it's okay.
However, there's no elevator to access the parking lot and the lobby; you have to climb manually. You always have to go through the front desk.
