This was my first time staying at Java Lotus Hotel in Jember, and overall, it made a strong impression. I would consider it the second-best hotel in Jember, right after Hotel Aston.
The location is very strategic—right in the city center and within walking distance of many points of interest, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good amenities and hygiene standards. The breakfast options were varied and satisfying.
The rooftop swimming pool is a highlight, offering a great view of the city of Jember.
The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was not very reliable. It frequently disconnected, making it a bit challenging to work online.
That said, I would still recommend Java Lotus Hotel as a solid option for both business and leisure travelers in Jember.

This is the second time I have stayed here, thank God I am always satisfied, it is clean, the food is plentiful and delicious, the pool is clean for children and adults. The room is comfortable and not noisy. Next time I might come back again hehe

the hotel is nice, the view is also okay. can check in faster if you arrive at the hotel and there is a room that is already empty. the staff is friendly. hopefully it will continue to develop and always provide the best service.

The location is close to the Jember town square. The building is nice, but unfortunately the car park in the basement is not spacious. So cars that can't park in the basement are diverted to the parking lot next to the Asri Hotel. When I wanted to pick up the car, the security guard helped me. The service is top.

The hotel is old-fashioned but comfortable. Please clean the room and replace the blankets with new ones, even though we stayed for three days to make them fresher.

The hotel is old-fashioned but comfortable. Please clean the room and replace the blankets with new ones, even though we stayed for three days to make them fresher.
