This was my first time staying at Java Lotus Hotel in Jember, and overall, it made a strong impression. I would consider it the second-best hotel in Jember, right after Hotel Aston. The location is very strategic—right in the city center and within walking distance of many points of interest, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good amenities and hygiene standards. The breakfast options were varied and satisfying. The rooftop swimming pool is a highlight, offering a great view of the city of Jember. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was not very reliable. It frequently disconnected, making it a bit challenging to work online. That said, I would still recommend Java Lotus Hotel as a solid option for both business and leisure travelers in Jember.

This is the second time I have stayed here, thank God I am always satisfied, it is clean, the food is plentiful and delicious, the pool is clean for children and adults. The room is comfortable and not noisy. Next time I might come back again hehe

For a 4-star hotel, it really needs improvements: a) The room wasn't airtight at all. b) The bathroom exhaust didn't work, so it was still wet. c) Parking was very limited. d) Breakfast had very limited variety. The toaster wasn't available until after the meal. e) For the bathroom, only one small refill of liquid soap and two sachets of shampoo were provided. Pros of this hotel: a) The double bed was quite wide compared to other hotels. b) The staff was friendly. If I were to visit Jember again, I would probably look for another hotel.

The room is nice, quite spacious, I had a chance to see the pool and gym facilities even though I haven't had a chance to try them out but they are good, there are quite a lot of equipment, the breakfast is varied but unfortunately the taste is lacking, the chicken curry doesn't have any spices, please improve it, the rest is good.

Overall, my family and I enjoy it and always visit Jember. I just have a suggestion, please update the linen. It's not very presentable. There are lots of stains. That's my only suggestion.
