This was my first time staying at Java Lotus Hotel in Jember, and overall, it made a strong impression. I would consider it the second-best hotel in Jember, right after Hotel Aston. The location is very strategic—right in the city center and within walking distance of many points of interest, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good amenities and hygiene standards. The breakfast options were varied and satisfying. The rooftop swimming pool is a highlight, offering a great view of the city of Jember. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was not very reliable. It frequently disconnected, making it a bit challenging to work online. That said, I would still recommend Java Lotus Hotel as a solid option for both business and leisure travelers in Jember.

Overall it was quite pleasant, but the bathroom facilities were broken, like the water tap was broken 😂😂 Then the TV still used a set top box which should be a 4 star class, it shouldn't be used, and the water heater whose lid was also broken was still used 😆 80/100 for the entire stay
