Overall, it's good. The only thing that needs improvement is that the food refills need to be faster. Bathroom amenities should be added. If possible, the blankets should be bigger, they're too small. More pillows, they're already flat.

I've stayed here many times before. But the service has gotten worse over time. 1. I've chatted on WA asking for the AC to be turned on, and often forget to turn it off. 2. The AC often gets a hot room and the AC is broken. 3. The bathroom water floats and won't go down 4. No table tissue 5. No hotel slippers 6. Once got used sheets and bedcovers as if they hadn't been replaced 7. The receptionist complained to no response. Goodbye Java Lotus, I will no longer subscribe here.

I ordered breakfast takeaway at 5:30, but it wasn't ready by 6:15. What a shame.

Strategic location in the center of Jember city

Every time I go to Jember, I stay at this hotel. The staff are nice and friendly, but this time I got a room that didn't smell good. I booked for two people but only got one toothbrush. I also got a shower cap before but I didn't get one yesterday. For a 4-star hotel, the breakfast menu is not very varied, and the watermelon wasn't fresh. Hopefully, it will improve in the future.

The hotel staff are friendly, the quality of the breakfast menu could be improved, and the carpets in the hotel corridors need to be scented, so the corridors don't smell musty.

The variety of side dishes is standard. The main dish variety is lacking for a hotel of Java Lotus's stature. When I stayed there, the beer was also out of stock both at the front cafe and on the rooftop.

When I go to Jember, I always stay at this hotel because of its strategic location and affordable prices.

The service is good, but the AC is not cold at all and the shower head is easy to come off.

The hotel staff is not friendly (one receptionist), the pillowcases were not neat since I arrived, I asked for a replacement but they were still not neat, the water heater for drinking was dirty and crusty, ordering food, they didn't come to the room until I left without breakfast... very disappointed...

Strategic location, close to the city. Booked a double bed but was given twin beds. Even though it was confirmed at the beginning for a double bed. The bedroom, the floor was dirty, lots of dust, hair, in the bathroom and on the floor of the room were full of ants. Every time I go to Jember, I definitely stay here, but this time I was a bit disappointed, not like usual. I ordered a double bed but was given twin beds, lots of ants, lots of hair on the sheets and blankets, the floor was dirty. It seems like a different management, not like our usual stay. Hopefully there will be changes for the better.
