Amazing place

Everything was amazing. Definitely staying here again. Staff, food, drinks and pool were all on point.

We had an excellent stay. The guest service was exceptional.

Definitely not five star. Room was beat up, balcony door didn't lock, closet didn't stay closed, patio furniture was filthy (rust stains). Food was weak, lobby worn out, loud pool music 12 hours a day - don't get a seaview unless you don't care about noise. We couldn't take it and left early and got no sympathy, got hit real hard by $1000+ in cancellation fees. Seems like hotel has an identify crisis, way too far from the action to be a decent party hotel, yet luxury is lacking, price too high for what it is.

Truly a great experience. ARTURO was simply amazing. He was willing to assist with all our needs. Bed comfortable, robes comfortable, food great, views amazing. Really felt like a luxury hotel. Definitely coming back and recommending to friends.

The property is amazing-the check in policy is bad…they want $250 a night credit card hold that does NOT go in incedintels (just their “hotel policy” i stay often and always have to get a manager and haggle-I am not a spring breaker-68 years old- i do no damage to the property …it feels against Expedia policies-the “owners love to bicker but i usually leave a smaller cash deposit” as a compromise-It’s no the money, its the principle and ny attitude the make a bad first impression for an otherwise 5 star property-

At check inn , polite but make us paid deposit and full cost of stay They are only part hotel and supposedly very exclusive over 500 dls por dat plus tsxes The rooms are falling apart they look old , the noice on weekends is unbelievable all day ! We check out 3 days early !! But was already paid !!

The pool and beach are great. There are definite hiccups in terms of service - for example not putting a second roll of toilet paper etc. And there is no heat if needed at night. Can be quite windy.

Beautiful hotel and a safe and secured new Marina area. the rooms are very spacious and modern and well equipped. Breakfast was served either inside or on the terrace overlooking the ocean. Nice pool and beach access with the beach club and food and drink service. I’ll definitely recommend the hotel.

Great room, staff were kind, overall amazing stay

The hotel was nicely located. But the Staff were poorly trained. Every time we would be at the restaurant for breakfast or dinner we would be harassed by a member of staff every 5 minutes checking to see if we were ok. Our meal and conversations were interrupted so many times. And the hotel manager was just sat at the pool smoking and drinking coffee everyday. Very unprofessional. The pool was beautiful and in front of the ocean but they had really loud aggressive house music so you could not relax by the pool. And they also had contractors walking around the pool and in and out of the lobby while you are sunbathing. Very uncomfortable. And one day during heavy rain we had part of a very high balcony ceiling fall onto the pool area, luckily no one was hurt but half of the small pool area was closed and the pool area had limited seating for the remaining days of our trip. All in all, a very lacking experience.

Staff, the service was terrible. We have to wait a lot for the food, the drinks. Terrible!

Great rooms-nice facilities - location however is away from all main attractions.
