I stayed here twice during the Eid holidays. The service was good, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast variety was plentiful and delicious. For Eid food, the menu choices and taste could be improved.

The breakfast food is not very tasty and not very varied.

Check-in was in the middle of the night, and I brought small children with me. But there was still staff even though it was dark, and no one helped unload luggage from cars in the lobby. The kids' pool was pretty standard, but the wind made it very cold. The kids' play area wasn't very exciting or engaging, so I wouldn't recommend bringing kids here.

It's a shame I couldn't stay overnight yesterday due to unforeseen business in Jakarta, but thank you to Novotel Samator Surabaya for making me feel touched by the celebration. I'll definitely be back at Novotel Samator next time🫶

This was our second stay here, and we even extended our stay for one night, unplanned. We were very satisfied. The facilities were complete, the service was excellent, and the kids were delighted. We'll definitely stay again next time, as our kids can't wait to have another staycation at this hotel.
