Super friendly service, quiet, clean, and very cool place. Perfect for a staycation with my husband.

The service is friendly, the hotel facilities are quite complete, clean. The atmosphere is cool, the view is good, you can get a great direction to the mountain. The evening atmosphere is perfect because there is Hurasa Cafe so it is crowded with visitors drinking coffee. For breakfast, the menu is complete, delicious, and filling. 😁 What is less friendly is the track to the location. The road is well paved, but narrow & the incline is quite brutal. 🥵 Especially if there are cars from the top & bottom, it will definitely not fit & hold on the incline. Makes the motorcycle's clutch lining hot & smelly. One more thing, the incline track right before the resort entrance is not good, so for 110/115cc class automatic motorbikes it will definitely not be able to climb it. That's the only obstacle. The rest is awesome.. 🥳 Next time I will definitely go there again.. 🥳

I was quite satisfied staying here. However, the pillows were too high, which actually made my back hurt. So I slept on a piece of clothing to use as a pillow, other than that, there were no problems with the room facilities. However, the price of food at Hurasa Cafe is not really worth it, in my opinion, the price is a bit expensive compared to other cafes in Puncak for hanging out with Gen Z kids. In the room, there are also snacks like Ciki and Oreo, but the prices are much higher than those in minimarkets, so I prefer to go out to buy snacks first 🤭

The place is very comfortable, especially the mountain view when seen from the nice pool room.

It might be advisable to have ashtrays in each outdoor room and dining area to avoid cigarette butts everywhere. Hopefully, this will facilitate check-in, even at night, as the stairs are quite steep. The remaining 90% exceeded expectations, as it was very nice and quiet. I would definitely stay again; I was truly satisfied.

The place is very good and comfortable.

The access road from Jl. Raya Puncak to DP needs to be improved. It is very narrow and difficult to pass by cars. Employees should be assigned to standby at crucial points from the main road to DP. Also, the buggy car facility should not only be open until 7:00 PM. If possible, extend it until 9:00 PM. Sometimes you need to go to the Hurahura restaurant later than 7:00 PM. If you take a private vehicle, access is complicated. Customers don't want to eat in their rooms. Sometimes they also need to see the night view at the restaurant. Then, between restaurants with more expensive room prices, there should be a distinction between those with standard room prices. The taste in the restaurant is honestly mediocre, even lacking in variety and taste. Hopefully, it can be improved in the future.

Booked two rooms. All the rooms had problems. The electricity wouldn't work, and the sliding door wouldn't open. There were lots of cats around, but the area wasn't kept clean. There was a smell of cat feces, and even after returning home, it wasn't immediately addressed, and the smell of cats lingered. The food variety was also very limited. Not worth the price of a hotel over 1 million rupiah :(

You won't regret staying here, especially with the Cemara Superior room, which boasts the best view. The room and restroom are also exceptionally clean. The staff are polite and friendly, and the food is delicious and fresh. The cafe is also excellent, both in terms of taste and price, very reasonable. I felt at home and didn't want to leave. I'll definitely be back. Absolutely the best. De Pointè Resort & Resto and Hurasa are definitely great.
