Easy to get in touch with the host by phone. They are not present, so they do not get insight into what's happening at the site. I called in to complain that the hallway outside my room was a building site as they were changing wiring and drilling in walls and I could barely talk over the phone over the insane noise. This was news to the host, they did not know about the work being done and could not answer when it would be done. Apart from that the app did not work to open the door, but I got help to print out a digital key on the reception machine. This also did not work at first, but easy to reach the host and let her fix and help from remote. A bit risky for me to stay there again as I travel for work and need peace and quiet during the day also, not just evening.

A great apartment

The good: New, clean. The bad: Had issues with the key and there is a lamp on the hall outside that would Turn on all night and was on our face. Too hot inside.

Lovely place, in a central location

Room was very good, and general property was okay. I had lots of trouble actually getting in the place with the instructions; fortunately, in the pouring rain a resident came along, let me in the place, then gave me helpful instructions for accessing my room. This type of property with no on-site person often presents problems in initial access.

Check in process was wrongly by admins and no response. It takes time to try to lots of calls and very terrible for newly arrived us.

Checkin machine did not work upon arrival. Got support over telephone but took some time. Very nice, clean and roomy apartment located downtown Stavanger with bars, cafes and restaurants int the same street.

This property is in heart of the city, not great for families very noisy until 5 am

Regular, TV now working properly, internet was intermittent, no extra towels….

The physical condition of the property was nice, updated kitchen bathroom etc. what was disappointing was the lack of air conditioning which required the windows to be open. This led to being woken up every night by the loud crowd in the neighborhood. Specifically, on two nights at 0230-0300 I heard racist comments from the locals. To be specific, f**k you n*gr* being yelled by the local middle eastern individuals. This was highly offensive and I would not recommend anyone staying at this location. As a pro immigration individual it was troublesome to see how the local non-Norwegians acted in the area. After the offensive yelling loud Arabic was spoken and these were the individuals making racist comments. The location was close to the sentrum and that was nice but the loud and offensive comments will have me staying in a hotel vs the frogner apartments going forward. Really feel sad for the individual that was subject to these comments. Hopefully this will cease to exist in the future but was a big disappointment for a visit to Stavanger. It was shocking that this occurs in Norway. I would not let any female member of my family stay in this area. While Frogner Apartments cannot control the locals I felt the need to mention why I was really disappointed.

Pros: The apartment was clean, the location was great & close to everything, rooftop has beautiful views Cons: check in was difficult although sorted after a phone call, the elevator and entrance have very bad smells

we paid four people for two rooms. However, there is only one very small bottle of shampoo and condition. not enough racks for towels. NO kitchen paper towels. Only one run detergent for clothes washer . No dryer so we have to hang clothes to dry. When we checked in, the Auto serve system can not find our booking, so we have to call their center.

Challenging to find. Parking limited. Reserved two bedroom was only 1 bedroom

Had some difficulties getting in, furniture wasn't very comfortable. Guests above us were very loud. Location was good, felt like we were in a half finished ikea display.

Fin leilighet og bra plassering sentralt i Stavanger. Ved innsjekking hadde vi ikke fått overlevert kode og måtte kontakte kundeservice via telefon. Innsjekkingsmaskinen hadde ikke reservasjonen og kun mulig å få tak i rommet ved å laste ned app. Oppgangen luktet mat da resturanten hadde døren til kjøkkenet åpent mot hotellet og gangen til leiligheten luktet kloakk. Ellers ren og fin leilighet.

Fine leiligheter. Rent og praktisk. Personalet snakka vi ikke med da det ikke er noe personal her. Dette kan anbefales på det sterkeste

Rent og fint (bortsett fra matrester og støv bak/under sofaen). Leiligheten befinner seg midt i hjertet av Stavanger og det fører med seg en del støy fra livet, men for vår del var det bare en del av opplevelsen og å forvente mtp lokasjonen. Lampen i leiligheten hadde ikke ledpærer og ble veldig varme så vi måtte ha av lyset da det varmet opp leiligheten. Det var heller ikke mulig å tømme søppel på plassen Vander henviste til. Måtte gå til et utested å tømme der og sette igjen pappen. Anbefaler stedet til unge og voksne som reiser for gøy ikke for barnefamilier eller dem som reiser for å få en lang natt søvn ☺️
