Everything was excellent. The customer service was also thoroughly trained. It was a new hotel, so it was very clean compared to other hotels. The in-room facilities were also very luxurious and perfect. The staff's customer service was excellent, and I had a very meaningful time. The food was all well seasoned. It's a hotel I'd like to visit again.

An excellent place to stay for vacation or staycation

The Tsubaki Tower in Tamuning GU is by far my top choice of hotels. From check in to departure the staff are professional and attentive. The amenities are amazing, the rooms are large and comfortable. The ocean view is absolutely stunning. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!

I already heard The Tsubaki Tower is the best in Guam and it really was. Everything was clean, neat and organized. Every staff members has amazing hospitality and friendliness. We were all so thankful to The Tsubaki Tower and we will definitely come back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at The Tsubaki Tower. Club room was fantastic and JoJo there provided outstanding service.

今回は特に目的もなかったのですが、ホテルでゆっくり過ごせればと思いクラブラウンジアクセス付きのお部屋を予約させて頂きました。クラブラウンジ自体は他のホテル様と内容はあまり変化はございませんでした。ただ、チェックインの際にサービス内容のアナウンスはほとんどなかったかと思います。食事も一度ホテル内でビュッフェ形式の夕食を予約させて頂きました。レストランは座席も多く、種類も多かったのですが正直、味は.,..でした。全ての物を頂いた訳ではございませんが、特にラーメン、うどんは出さない方が良いと思います。 翌朝の朝食もやはり想像していた通りでした。 ２日目の夜は隣接していたニッコーホテル様の和食を頂きましたが、お会計の際にスタッフの方から宿泊先を聞かれてツバキタワー様のお名前を出したところ、15%引きのサービスをしていただきました。（この情報もチェックインの際にはお聞きしておりませんでした。） チェックアウトが12時で、我々の空港への出発が14時30分の為、2時間半をラウンジ内で過ごせるかと思いましたが、ロビーのソファで待機をホテルのスタッフから指示されたため、少し残念に思いました。他のホテル様でこの様な事を言われたことがなかったので。今回はたまたま前回グアムに訪問した際に毎月グアムに行かれている方と知り合いその方の定宿がツバキタワー様の様でとても素晴らしいホテル様と伺い今回お世話になったのですが、とても残念でした。

very slow service

Not lenient on cancellation/change policy. Not professional staffs

공항에서 20분. 시내까지 3분(택시 10~12불). 수영장무난, 헬스장 별로. 조식 쏘쏘. 그냥 그래요! 아~ 정전으로 삼십분간 고립된적 있음. 대처는 없고 그 외 조치 없었음. 호텔 자체는 무난하나 위기대응시 불친절로 좋은기억이 무색해짐. 다른데 가세요 가성비 별로임

We really loved having access to the 26th floor lounge for tea time and cocktail time (which doubled as dinner time TBH). The staff were always so nice and took great care of us everyday. The infinity pool was really nice too. Breakfast in the morning had a VAST array of options and was delicious.

お子様連れが隣のニッコーグアムへ行っているのか、プールが静かで大人の雰囲気だったのが良かったです。朝食、ラウンジ、お食事は美味しく、充実していました。特にビーフはアメリカンで硬いのですが、変に美味しくて沢山頂きました。家族で年１回位はまた来たいねと話しています。

Amazing Everything is more than perfect. From airport shuttle to the lounge, service, cleaning, foods and swimming pool - heavenly vacay One minor issue is that there is a gym shared with another hotel next to it. The facility of the gym (which is in another building) is not that much fancy.

두번째 괌, 첫번째는 신혼여행으로 온 츠바키타워에 방문 했었어요. 친절한 직원, 맛있는 음식, 좋은 부대시설 뭐하나 빠질 것 없었던 그 기억으로 재방문 했습니다. 역시나 이번 방문 또한 신혼여행의 그 감성 그대로더군요. 이번에는 아이가 생겨 태교여행으로 왔습니다. 작년 방문보다 더 음식도 맛있고, 친절하고, 편안했습니다. 다음 괌 방문도 여기 츠바키타워에 방문 할 듯 합니다. 물론 뱃속에 있는 우리 예쁜 딸과 함께요.

We enjoyed the luxury stay in Tsubaki Tower. Club room was very nice and comfortable, the infinity pool, fountain show was amazing.
