I made a reservation for 2 nights. I checked in late because of a train delay from London to York (officially published on the train provider's website). I have informed the hotel about this delay. And the next day they responded with news of the cancellation of all reservation days due to not showing up on time. I went directly to the hotel because I was still entitled to 1 more day from my 2 reservation days. It turned out that the room I booked had been sold to another customer. Finally, I just let it go. Even though I had lost a lot of money to make a new reservation that was much more expensive because it was sudden. Complaining to Traveloka also resulted in nothing. Only a replacement voucher was offered equivalent to 15 percent of the costs that had been incurred. I hope to get a refund of at least 50 percent equivalent to 1 day from the 2 reservation days. My advice if you are reserving a hotel or anything, try to go directly to the official website, not using a third party. If a problem occurs, it can be resolved immediately without waiting for another party.
