Impressed with the hotel. Will definitely stay again when I’m in the area.

Although the hotel was located next to the train station, the sound proofing was effective. Check-in was a bit odd since reception desk is not on the level of the main entrance (from street). In-room AC didn't seem functional, so we ended up with the window open - listening to the train station sounds anyway.

It was a bit dusty, like the room hasn't been used in a while. I also couldn't figure the thermostat, if there was one. Over all though, it was a pleasant stay.

Room stifling hot, no thermostat. No shampoo or conditioner just a hair and bodywash in one. Sheets like sandpaper. Gym not open before 7am

I booked this property last minute due to a change of plans and I was impressed at the experience. I was quickly checked into my room. The hotel is very modern and clean. It is conveniently located next to the central train station.

TV had a Chromecast but its volume didn't go high enough to actually use it.

Next to Heidelberg HbF and it is easy to access there. The facility is new and clean !

Beautiful hotel! We were very surprised at how nice it is! The room was huge and even had a walk in closet. They provided lovely full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion etc. I don’t usually like hotel products but these were delightful. They even had robes and slippers. The location is steps away from the train station which was very convenient for traveling by public transportation 100%. There wasn’t a balcony but there were doors that opened like a balcony with a safety wall. It let in lots of fresh air, you just couldn’t walk out. It was also very clean and fresh, beds are comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

They allowed me to check in early, but housekeeping kept breaking into the room every hour or two to finish whatever they were doing. Overall very clean and comfortable.

Everythig was okay except for the billing experience. They billed me before arrival for authorization, then billed me again at arrival for authorization, and then finally when checking out, billed me once more. This created a lot of confusion and worry for me that I would actually be charged twice or three times for the stay. Even though I paid for breakfast for all of the days I was there, they didn't have my name on the list and I had to go through the explanation each morning. The billing for breakfast is also weird, which might create problems later with reimbursement from my business. Finally, at checkout I was asked whether I had eaten a specific item from the minifridge, which I had not.

We needed a handicap room and were very happy with it. The hotel must have used a consultant who uses a wheelchair when they planned the room. Everything was perfect, the size of the room and the bathroom. The grab bars, shower chair, even the wardrobe were dedicated to a seated guest. Great!

Sehr gute Betten, allerdings nur mit geschlossenem Fenster. Schlaf war, sonst hört man die Züge vom Bahnhof.

Meine Tochter und ich haben das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer und das herausragende Frühstück mit reichhaltiger Auswahl - inclusive regionaler Produkte - genossen. Die Parkmöglichkeit in der Hotelgarage war praktisch (wenn auch etwas teuer) und die Nähe zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln motivierte dazu, Heidelberg ohne Auto zu erkunden. Gerne wieder!

Nytt och fräscht hotell. Läget är perfekt om man inte vill bo mitt i centrum, men alldeles intill centralstationen. Nära spårvagn, som går ofta till centrum. Restaurangen var mycket bra - både frukost och middag.

The accomodation was good, the personnal was very respectfull. The Sauna was great, the breakfast too.

Super hotel med meget høj standard. Placeret godt i Heidelberg når man er på rejse gennem Tyskland. Vi ville til enhver tid vælge hotellet igen, hvis det ikke lige var fordi det i parkeringskælderen ikke er muligt at lade en elbil. Ladestandere er et must i et nyt hotel.
